First off, we have not given a review yet because we wanted to use the cutting sheets and the knife first in order to give an honest response. The decision is in. Your products are the best items we have used for any type of food prep hands down!!. The titanium cutting boards (we have three small ones) are the best at doing cutting jobs and not have to worry about contaminates from other wood or plastic boards. The knife is razor shop and cuts through everything like cutting butter. Hats off to the staff that makes using your tools a God send. Keep up the great work. For those of you thinking of purchasing from Auntie Rues, think no more. Stop wondering should you buy, the answer is yes.

These are real Titanium cutting boards. Magnets will not stick to them and they store away like thin pieces of cardboard, so they take up very little space. Or leave them on your counters they are quite attractive! Wash up in a dishwasher or rinse off. Excellent product!

Board needs sometime of cushioning with it. Must place it on something when using on counter top.

Customer serivce was really nice and quick in helping me fix my order issue. The cutting boards are great and not slippery on counter. Of course being titanium there are scratch marks and dulls knife but its worth it!

The cutting boards are fine. They don't tell you but subscribe you to a "VIP club" when you order that then charges $25 per month. No easy way to login or cancel on website. Didn't notice them for 3 months. Had to block them with my credit care provider.

They responded to my email with pictures. I'd include them here but cannot. Yes I clicked the box that said I read the terms and conditions. In small print you have to click "learn more" first. In there it says I agree to "VIP membership" with no price listed. Still very deceptive to order cutting boards. Maybe they changed the process since I signed up but there was multiple extra pages and click boxes trying to get me to order more boards and knives multiple times and I'm sure the membership is in there.

Love the cleanability, no residue, no grooves, and dishwasher safe. However, these are much thinner than shown on the website. It is maybe 2mm thick. Yes, that is 2mm. I was surprised when I opened them up, but ultimately, they work well for us and now getting another one for our van.

I really like my new platinum cutting board. It’s very easy to clean and it drys fast. I feel so much better knowing I am working on a bacteria free board.
Customer service was great, I got a fast response and the help I needed with my order.

I was slightly skeptical when I came across this website looking for cutting board options. The description of the boards was persuasive, and they offered reassurances that knives would not be dulled or slip. This turned out to be true. They followed up with notices on shipping progress and personally answered questions I had about the boards and other items within a day. I also was offered a deal/upsell on a Damascus chef's knife which I was willing to try as they claimed it worked very well with the boards. It turned out to be a great knife with a beautiful handle and blade. The steel allows sharpening to a narrower angle than standard chef's knives. I would recommend this product and service without worry.

The knife set I received are not authentic Seki knives. The Damascus patterns are clearly laser-etched to the blades. I questioned the customer service department about it and they straight up lied to me over and over by saying that is how the modern forging techniques works, therefore, they are authentic. THEIR KNIVES ARE DEFINITELY NOT MADE IN SEKI, JAPAN. The advertisement on the website shows how their knives are hand crafted in Seki, Japan using forging techniques to make 67 layers of Damascus. IT IS A BIG LIE. Do not fall for this terrible company.

They trick you into agreeing no return policy by saying their products are not refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons. That”60 days guarantee” is another big lie. One of the knife has a defect and the customer service person would not recognize as a defect even with a picture of the defect.

I made a purchase of some cutting boards. It got off to a rocky start with some miscommunication of what was included. I finally got in touch with a rep Sarah, she was extremely helpful and straightened out my order. From that point on the service was great.

Items bought are amazing I got three cutting boards and a knife set. The cutting boards have been such a help with their durability easy clean and knowing no bacteria is growing like with wood cutting boards. Also them not being plastic is one of the main reasons I purchased them. I would say that because I am trying to get away from plastic it was a bit sad that they were wrapped in plastic when opening them and the knife box was a little damaged but other than that everything was and is amazing!! Haven’t used my knife set much yet but I’m so excited.

The cutting board is nice, although it's different from wooden and plastic ones. I only use it to cut meat or fish because I know it wears down knives faster than other types of cutting boards. Cleaning it is super easy.

Ordering was easy! Shipping/receiving the cutting boards was okay…took a little while, the company kept me informed.
Once i received and started using the cutting boards, I noticed that they do get micro scratches. I inquired about that and AuntieRue was quick to reply.
The cutting boards are very nice. It is much better than using wooden or plastic because there is nowhere for bacteria to hide. They are quick to clean up and easy to handle. Wouldn’t go back to any other cutting board!

I have a few different sizes in the cutting boards and love them for different things. I use my Damascus knife on the boards and it cuts great. If I had one complaint it is that the boards stain after washing them as I tend to put them on a drying rack to dry vs hand drying.

My husband was skeptical of these titanium cutting boards at first. He's been won over! They are so easy to clean and do not retain any food odors. Great customer service too. They remember my name and my product.

The customer service has been very responsive. They responded to my email questions within 30 minutes on a weekend. I am enjoying the knives and cutting boards very much. I love the variety of knife types, and my new favorite is one that I don't have in any of my current sets: a 5" santoku knife. I don't love how the cutting boards look now that I've used them (they have scratch marks from the knives and there are some water spots that I can't get off), but I didn't buy them for their aesthetics and they do the job without shedding microplastics into my food. They are lightweight and easy to handle and fit easily in the dishwasher.

It took me a while to get used to the cutting boards, but I’ve come to love them - easy to keep clean and require little space to store. I’m still learning the best uses for each knife, but particularly love the santoku knife for dicing. All in all, a worthwhile purchase.

I feel like I have been scammed.
I ordered a package of three boards at the reduced price, was forced to watch a video under threat of being billed twice, finished the video, clicked the button saying I don't want the add ons and the circle keeps spinning and I can't complete my order, I am beyond frustrated and want my order cancelled.
Update: AuntieRues was very responsive, which I appreciated, and I ultimately did receive my cutting boards which seem to be as described. However, I still feel the site is complicated and misleading and the product overpriced.
