Hi — thanks for the feedback. We want to clarify for anyone reading: the Warm Table Circle membership is not pre-selected at checkout. Customers have to actively check a box to add it — it is not opt-out. Standard cutting board orders do not include a membership by default.

Hi — we don't include rubber cushions with our titanium cutting boards, so that may be a mix-up with a different product. If your boards didn't arrive, please email us at support@auntierue.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
