Auto Finesse Avis 

Auto finesse Spritz.. watery and was not what I expected from premium brand , had to finish off with another dressing to make good . Not impressed with this product as didn’t give me finish I expected very disappointed.

Ordered a foamlance from AF a while ago and dropped it by accident making it unusable.

Wrote to AF's customer service to ask if they were selling spare parts for the lance.. Sadly they didn't, but they were able to replace the whole unit for me as it was still under warranty!

Couldn't be much happier, I thought, I only just received the package to find out they popped in an extra avelanche bottle :-)!

I always thought the AF support service was really good but they really outdone themselves on this one.

Happy customer! Would definitely recommend.

Just want to start by saying thank you to everyone at Auto Finesse. You always give me fantastic advice on products and procedures, your staff really know their stuff. The customer services team really went above and beyond to help me out with a delivery issues, this was sorted within 24 hours, even know it wasn't their fault! The products are up there with the best on the market, you can't really get much better! Again, what a fantastic company, such a pleasure each time I order! Thank you!

Ive used auto finesse for years now, good quality consistently throughout all the products, I've had a couple of issues with orders being delivered damaged a couple of times but every time I've dealt with customer service they have had a replacement sent out to me for the next day, overall really good company in all aspects of service

Average products, all branding - no substance. Maybe more funding is required on the products rather than buying cars to do up for your Instagram feed.

As previously stated deliveries and customer service leaves alot to be desired.

Damaged and leaking badly.

I have had a lot of items from AF and some are great and some are just a rubbish.
But the deliver is always bad! they state 5-7 days but they never achieve this.
When I contact them to find out about my order you just get the standard replay,
They are busy and I should of paid for the next day delivery if I wanted it delivered on time.

When this happened for my 1st order this was acceptable but for this to happen consistently is frustrating
My orders are normal around the £100 so its a Substantial order.

Great customer service, quickly replied and swapped out an item that was lightly shedding, products are on point too.

- The quality of these products are second to none.
- Customer service it great, quick responses and have always been quick to resolve any issues I've had.

I have ordered from Autofinesse before, I know their products and like them.

Their customer service leaves a bit to be desired. My parcel was left in my dirty black rubbish bin, the corner of it nicely squished into a bag of dog poo, as you can imagine, unpleasant to say the least.

I email customer service, and they said because I had ticked the box accepting responsibility for any safe place they can't take it any further, I looked, this box doesn't exist. They then said I went onto the DHL website and selected this option, I've never been on the DHL website. And now, they don't reply to me.

I messaged their Instagram page, who told me to email customer services where I had the problem in the first place, obviously it's just used for marketing and not customer service, understandable, but I don't know who to talk to about my poo'y box.

To be honest, I would have been happy with a apology, but saying I've been ticking box's accepting responsibility, not good. Imagine if someone stole it from the bin, poo and all, then they said, sorry but your £50+ worth of gear is gone, you ticked the box.

Annoyed and probably won't order again, I'll just use another company.

There products are up there with the best top shelf products public and trade-for car detailing and valeting, Fact! They still impress me to this day which is rare for any genre in these times . There customer service is second to none ! The banks could do with taking note and retailers . There presentation, website , updates ,emails , pricing , postage is spot on. Keep up the great work .

Sick company. They deliver every time. They really are a cut above the rest. Ive ordered hundreds of £ worth of kit from them so far and I love using their products and I will continue to use them for all my car detailing. Get a free gift in each pack as well so really nice touch!

Bought loads from auto finesse never had a problem everything i got has been great. Plus its a nice touch getting a free gift with most orders.

I've used autofinesse for years, each time I get products from their website always receive plenty of details on the order along with occasional discounts if you register to there emails.

They have a variety of nearly every detailing product and almost every one I've used I've been astounded with the results.

Also love that they have products available in local stores also and can be found on Amazon etc .
Autofinesse is and has always been a go to supplier for myself and will continue to be . Great work guys 👍

Received order after 8 days,( didn't even send the order out till the 5th working day) which was the wrong order, so got in touch with af then resent order which "got lost in transit" by courier, spoke to courier and they hadn't even picked the order up, then had to wait another few days for correct order, overall waited 12 days. customer service was appalling as had snotty emails sent to me by them because of their mistakes. Think I'll move over to meguiars from now on

Customer service is shocking, no telephone service, no Email response. made an order for nearly £100 and nothing. The Covid-19 is no excuse, its easy to divert calls and respond to emails. Since the order I have purchased same products cheaper from a franchise. The products are not for professional use, you could get the same results from basic cheap wax from high street store. This company will not be around long.
