Item arrived day after ordered and fit perfectly.

When I found my 2005 Mazda 3 door latch on line there was no stock. I inquired with chat when they would get more. Chat lady found two in stock - good news. Bad news - price was higher than shown on website. Bit of bait and switch. Order was processed fast and efficiently, shipping was reasonable time. Part was right. Did have a very obscure part so I bought it despite the increased price. Used autopartsway.ca. Autopartsway.com was not helpful at all and wanted excess fees to send parts to Canada.

I ordered 3 parts from them and then removed the to be replaced fuel pump. It did not match the same model that I ordered and I attempted to contact AutopartsWay to resolve the issue before shipping. Chat service was closed and my phone call request (which is an enter your callback number) was never returned. Lastly, you can't cancel the order via the website. The fuel pump shipped before I could make contact. It was received timely but as expected was the wrong model. I started the return request (which is an email submission) process over 2 weeks ago. No response in spite of the 72 hour SLA they provided. I submitted another request this weekend and just followed up with the Chat service. The service representative said "We're busy at the moment". "Leave us your email, and we will contact you as soon as possible". This company has wasted so much of my time. Thankfully my follow-on order at O'Reilly worked perfectly. Save yourself time and frustration, avoid Autopartsway.com.

I've had two orders from them and both times the free shipping was amazingly quick (under 48 hours). They arrived a day earlier than their fastest estimate.

The products are OEM and difficult to find locally; AutoPartsWay is the only place I've found them online for virtually the same price as dealerships.

I ordered and paid for a clutch kit through e-Bay. After a lengthy no response I asked for a tracking number. They responded that I requested a cancellation of the order, a total lie. I eventually got a refund, but I don't think they ever intended to ship the item nor give me a refund unless I complained. Google reviews say Auto Parts Way has more dissatisfied customers than satisfied.

Fraud. Billed my card for un-authorized charges over a year after a one time order was placed.
