They sent the wrong parts, charged me for return shipping and still have not refunded the money four months later.

I would give a 0 if I could!!!!! Ordered part, 2 weeks later there website said order cancelled. Tried calling, after on hold for 10 minutes line just disconnects!!!!! Filed claim with PayPal & they did nothing. Had to spend an hour on phone with credit card company to dispute charge. Numerous emails & calls with no response!!!

Found a hard to get part for my 2006 Range Rover. Usually only available in the States but AutopartsWay not only had 1 in stock, it was on sale. Perfect replacement, saved me 35% and I had it in a week. Couldn’t ask for anymore.
Have never had a problem with parts I have ordered and will always check here first.

Purchased my item at a very reasonable price , but was sent the wrong item. The return process was flawless and the customer service was very helpful. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Fraudulent website, claims product is in stock (at their warehouse no less) and then when you ask why it hasn't shipped they cancel your order because they can't get the part. (Part still shows in stock).
Deliberately missleading people for monetary gain is fraud.
They don't have any warehouses as they fraudulently claim.

They sent parts for the wrong engine and then won’t return emails for me to return the parts. Do not trust them and use Partsavatar instead. These guys are 1 step up from a scam.

this website scam people. I send the information to the national police. never buy on this website. he take your money and close your account after or send you incorect piece. and never refund you. BIG SCAM

I ordered a part and my credit card was promptly billed for the part and the $400 core charge. The part was shipped but there was no invoice or instructions about returning the core. Long story short the part was defective and after speaking with the manufacturer of the part, they stated they would adept the part back. They even provided a reference number for AutoPartsWay confirming they would accept the part back.

Now the "fun" begins,on August 11, 2020, I tried to contact AutoPartsWay about getting the $400 core charge as well as the refund for the cost of the part. After getting the run around for over a week, I was finally provided with a return code and told to ship the part back.

I tracked the item through Canada Post and confirmed they received the part however, I received nothing from AutoPartsWay. I contacted them a week later only to be told that after 7 days the "warehouse" has not "tagged the part as returned" and there was nothing they would do until the warehouse "tagged" it. The great thing is that they have no idea when the "warehouse" would get around to this.

So after paying for the part on July 28, 2020 in full and having confirmed through Canada Post that AutoPartsWay has been in possession of the part for a week, On August 31, 2020, I am no closer to actually getting my over $500 back than I was on August 11, 2020. Who knows when I might actually get my refund.

Save yourself a lot of headaches and order through a more reputable company like RockAuto

I was forced to use PayPal to get a refund for items that were either cancelled due to no inventory or incorrectly listed to fit my car and returned through their return voucher process. First they said the returned items never arrived despite me sending a tracking number proving they did. I filed a claim through PayPal and they told me they couldn’t refund until I closed my claim with PayPal, which is a lie. Fortunately PayPal review my case and refunded my money.

A1. Very competitive prices. Reasonable shipping. I have no issues with this company.

They don't put clearly what your buying and then no pic do that it's not what you think it is. Then won't help you figure out a solution. Then a refund would be 20% less to restock even though they aren't clear on what your buying. Also told me they would contact warehouse to get my refund started. Then I was told the exact opposite, I would have to wait for covid to be over, even though they had no problem shipping to me. Basically do anything to make you spend money and wait when you want a return even though not getting car part can be dangerous. They don't care about the customer whatsoever, as some other reviews say the same
