They refunded my warranty claim after I requested they do so. I did have to pay $30 to ship the failed part back to them which should be covered as part of the warranty.

Very good selection of parts. The delivery is fast and there is a great return policy.

This company is full of lies, and will take your money. They said they had items in stock, that they did not. As a result I bought parts and had to wait much longer than I was willing to. After asking them to cancel the order, they made up contradictory excuses and telling me the parts were already on their way, even though tracking numbers indicated they were lying.

They told me to reject my order, and a refund would be issued. So I ordered elsewhere and got my parts in a couple days. 2 weeks later, their parts arrived and were rejected. A month later, they're refusing to refund the money.

This site is running a scam, pretending to own a large national parts warehouse, which they do not. They are dropshipping and stealing your money when convenient. Do not use this website, there is much more legitimate ones out there.

Made in Germany. I will buy again and recommend everybody to do so. Seller responded promptly and informed that Zimmerman rotors ordered are manufactured in Germany. Highly recommended seller

Their shipping was prompt, for the part they had. However, I was charged for a part that they did not have and I had to let them know, so that I could get my money back. Which, they did, Thank You!!
In future, please charge only for things that are actually Shipped!

The website came up in my search. You indicated the part was in stock and fit my truck. Price was excellent. Delivery was fast. Nod to YouTube for reference. Installed in 10 minutes. Superb. Ciao.

After a little over a week and having posted this negative review they reached out to me and resolved the issue, I will give credit where credit is due
WORST IVE DEALT WITH
I ordered quite a few parts. Ordered an oil pan that their online catalog listed for my car 80$ or so, received it promptly was please turned out being the wrong part. Went right back on the website and did some deeper part number searches and found what seemed to be there right one 190$, along with 2 other items.

Few days later received the "complete order" except for the oil pan. Still have not received it but they claim I did.

So 80$ plus 190$ plus a cv boot that was plastic not rubber so did not use for 50$
320$ with nothing to show for it many return request emails and a customer service email with no reply whatsoever.

- Need better product description with parts that could be pairs.
- No response from multiple inquiries on the help messaging service.
- No return label
- 20% restocking fee
- No refund without having to email more than a month after the product was returned

Cost $100.16 to ship part back
Spent $518.43 for the part w/tax
Got $396.95 monies reimbursed
Customer loss of $221.64

Never will I shop or recommend autopartsway again.

Good luck getting a return on a product you purchased.
I've contacted them 4 times now and they said they would email me with a return and still no email.
There is no direct phone number. You have to enter yours in and wait for them to call you.
Very disappointed to say the least.

Ordered a MAF sensor for my Volvo v70r based on the parts selector tool. The part did not fit my car. It took nearly three week to get a response from them. I then asked for an exchange for one that would fit..... Three times... I was only ever given instructions for a return. I sent the item back and was given a refund with a 20% restocking fee and I had to pay the $19 for shipping back. On a MAF sensor that's a lot of money to put something back. I asked to have a manager contact me... Twice... No response yet after several weeks.

Wanted to know more about the parts - sent them an email through online form - no response. Lady on the phone says the message wasn't received. Sent to their regular email - same stuff.
The lady on the phone knows literally nothing about auto parts and can't help you with anything. Utterly terrible

The company sent part on time. Was having problems with core return issues. Problems have been fixed. They are having communication problems but are working on it.

They shipped wrong part. I tried to contact them by e-mail, customer service phone number and chat line..no luck. After 6 days I filed a PayPal claim. Interesting that they then called me at 6 am the next morning saying they would send a return label and pleading for me to discontinue my Pay Pal claim. Waiting for the return label. Very poor service..will not order from them again.

I placed my order March of 2019. And the wrong parts were shipped. Customer service requested that I send pictures of the incorrect parts, which I did. I then had to send the parts back and wait for them to be received before the warehouse sent out the new parts.

In total this was a 3 week process. I placed an order with a different site and received my correct parts. I then attempted to cancel the order and was advised that "they just shipped". However the new shipment.never arrived at home home.

It's not 3 months later and I have received no refund and very few answers as to when my.order will be refunded.

I will never do business this with autopartsway again.

Rockauto.com is the only place to get parts

Over s week and o emails no refund as of wet 109 dollars and change and has not been refunded on my canceled order..

Update I did receive my money back in the end
