I got a new chair and desk from Back Care solutions. Their communication was excellent keeping me updated on my order. Their representative Ian, who set up my chair and desk was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He went through all the functions of the chair and made sure I was comfortable before leaving. Overall, a very positive experience

I am incredibly pleased with the chair that was provided by yourselves. Delivery was on time and the team member explained the mechanics of the chair and ensured that I was fully content with the chair before they left. Really great service.

The chair was delivered as arranged & the technician that delivered the chair was most helpful. He took the time to explain exactly how the chair worked and set it all up for me in my office.

My equipment was purchased through Access to Work and the whole process was simple and slick with great communication and a wonderful delivery and set up service with wonderfully helpful and polite technician. The equipment ( Sit/stand electric desk and a wonderful ergonomic chair with built in lumbar support and heat packs) has had such a positive impact on my working day. I am finally sitting in a comfortable chair that fits me (I'm very short!) and having the lumbar support and heat helps to alleviate my back pain from failed back surgery really makes a difference.

Two months ago, my company ordered a chair for me from Back Care Solutions Limited. The chair is super comfortable and perfectly suited to my needs. The service was excellent and the communication was excellent. I have no complaints and recommend them.

The whole service has been wonderful so far. The initial assessment with Adam Haydock was great – I found him to be very knowledgeable of my various conditions and very understanding. I was initially a bit sceptical about the appointment as I didn't expect there to be much available to help, however I came away from the appointment feeling really positive about all the suggestions, in particular the ways in which a new chair could be made to suit my various needs.

The measurement service was also great. Keith was brilliant at keeping me in the loop about what time they were due to arrive and double checked I was happy for someone else to attend who was training in the assessments (apologies I can't remember his name). Keith explained everything to me in full through each stage of the appointment. He ensured I was comfortable on the mock up chair throughout the appointment and was happy to add further things in order to make the chair the most comfortable it could be. Both men were chatty and made me feel relaxed throughout. Again they were very knowledgeable about different conditions.

Excellent service, I could not think of anything at all that you could do to improve.

The support and care given were fantastic and i cant rate them highly enough. Keith was amazing and was very supportive in making sure it was set to the right dimensions to give me maximum comfort and support and it has really made a difference.

Made arrangements to have my own Opera ergonomic office chair serviced and a repair undertaken. Excellent and prompt communication from everyone at BCS. The chair was expected when I dropped it off and ready for me when I collected it 2 days later, as agreed. The work done was given the chair a fresh lease of life.

The company was very helpful and efficient when placing the order. The delivery driver/installation engineer was very friendly and accommodating.

I had Back Care Solutions assess my seating arrangement for my work in a call centre for a major ISP. The process had been staggered due to my own error, but was straightforward. The technician I had on the day of the physical assessment was knowledgeable, understanding and pragmatic. I'm now waiting on my new ergonomic chair being built, but I am happy with the outcome.

I had an assessment from BCS for my chair in my home office, organised by my workplace. The technician, Chris was exceptionally friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire visit.
Chris took the time to answer all my questions clearly and provided valuable insights that made the process smooth and efficient. His professional yet approachable manner created a great experience, and I really appreciate the effort he put into ensuring everything was handled effectively.
I am autistic and assessments etc. can be stressful for me but it was a pleasant process made so much easier by a brilliant technician.

I can honestly say this company provides an excellent service. The communication throughout was clear and professional, and the turnaround time to get the equipment to me was quick.

After my referral was made by my manager, i got an appointment for an assessment quickly, i was unable to make the original date but a date was offered i could take for the following week.

Derek who did my assessment was polite and friendly, but also thorough and efficient.

I'm yet to receive the items from my assessment but this is due to my company and not Back Care Solutions so I cannot comment on the comfort/quality of these yet.

The service received was excellent from beginning to end. Both workers who attended to measure and then deliver and adjust the chair were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend
