Awful experience

I want to use it for fake transfer

Problem was digital account was placed on hold after failed verification of external account transfer, Bank5 Customer Service engaged their management to resolve internal problem with verification and allow the transfer as initially requested.

At the time of CD purchase, rates were very good the process was easy and the monthly statements were a plus. We closed the account at maturity to purchase stocks and another CD at a better current rate.

I have had nothing but a fantastic experience with Bank 5 Connect over the years. The app is user friendly and it is always quick to connect with a human if I need. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been knowledgeable and helpful. Plus, the crazy high interest can’t be beat. I will remain a loyal customer!

The agent sent me some files in a secure email. Upon trying to forward this email I lost the files. I called back and requested the same information. Files were sent out again in a very timely fashion, and I was told not to be hesitant in asking for help with the files if needed.

I choose this bank because it was suppose to be more ethical.....I don't see that and I don't see personalized service. I have not had access to my debit card for 21 days. For 20 days I had access to NONE of my money. I had to cancel medical procedures because of this! 19 since they sent the card, but 2 more days because I lost my card on a weekend. I called midway to ensure they had actually sent it and they say they did. They called 2 days ago to say it has been delivered. It had not! A lie! 21 days with our access to my money. The policies of this bank in reference to online banking is subpar and I would NEVER EVER recommend this bank even to a drug addict!

Prompt response by secure email to my original secure email request. I was looking for a regular email notice that a secure response was available, but I couldn't find such a notice.
