new account application and opening tortuous; has taken a week and still can't log-in online. No reply to email asking for help except (this) request to leave a review; trying to cantact by phone the message said "you are 12th in line," or "9th in line."

Great online bank
Great online bank. My only complaint is my card doesn't work with Google Pay. Other than that Great customer service.
