My experience with Bankrolla was frustrating and exhausting. The redemption rules were unclear, and customer support gave me inaccurate information about how my winnings were calculated. They later apologized and acknowledged that their representative had made a mistake.

I also experienced three separate technical issues involving winnings. Each time, Bankrolla blamed a third-party game provider instead of taking responsibility. However, Bankrolla offers these games on its platform, accepts customers’ money, and should be responsible for investigating and resolving problems with the services it provides.

When I asked to close my account, they continued trying to convince me to stay, so I ultimately requested permanent self-exclusion.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this platform.

I sent everything they asked for so my account could be fully verified. But still all they say your request is being reviewed by the payment team. Wow this seems like a scam to me. Players that don't get paid or take forever to get pay , I don't think they will come back i have played other platforms and gotten paid right away. This is my 1st time I win here. I won $800 and still waiting to get paid it's been a week or so

All of the positive reviews AI generated all of the recent reviews which are typically one star are real. They should have a one star overall for sure. The allocation multiplier is a scam. The entire sweepstakes model they operate is misleading and you should stay far away. They are easily the worst casino I have ever dealt with and I have spent over $600,000 across 45 different casinos over the past few years, I immediately charged back on my credit card after purchasing my first couple of packages when I realized it’s impossible to win through the allocation multiplier.

Been a long wait but I finally got my $374 redemption. If you don't mind waiting about a month and jumping through some hoops, they will finally pay out redemptions.

See how they try to Lie and see how dishonest they are! lol. Stay far away from this place. They make up their own rules as they go along. Told me I could not cash out 101.00 sweepscoins and that I needed 67 dollars more worth of sweepscoins in order to cash out. So I would have had to basically double the 101.00 sweepscoins almost to cash out when in their own rules it says you can redeem at 100.00 sweepscoins. This is what customer service rep Richard said in the chat. I got time today and any day BankRolla to dispute your lies. Then they refused to close my account.

I submitted my redemption for 100 dollars almost 1 1/2 weeks ago. They have given me the runaround since then. My account was lalready kyc verified before doing so. Well they sent me 3 separate emails stating I need to verify my identity without a link to do so. I could not do it on the website because it was already verified. They then sent me a verification link through email through sumsub. I submitted my identification and I was approved for verification then they sent another email stating I wasn’t kyc verified then sent an email 24 hours later with the kyc verification link which I submitted last Thursday July 23rd and was approved i then received an email stating my kyc was verified and my redemption was approved. I was assuming since that was all completed around 9am on the 22nd I would receive my redemption by now which is July 28th I still have not received my redemption and I contacted support on the website again which I have done everyday since the original redemption submitted and they continue to say my redemption is under review i submitted everything they asked for bank statements ID and I still am getting the runaround over 100 dollars I will not put another dime on this website and I do not recommend anyone who want a redemption completed in 48 hours like they say to play this casino. This website is a joke the whole redemption process is a headache and definitely not worth it. They want you to cancel your redemption and play the money back so they don’t have to pay you anything. BANKROLLA IS A JOKE AND A SCAM!!!! I received a response fo the review i posted and once again I got the generic transcript that is sent to all players that are requesting status of their redemption. I have literally received this exact email at least 5 times I know for sure. When I respond to this email it states it’s a no reply email so I again respond to the support email and I again get the generic transcript repeating the appreciation of my patience and that there is a higher amount of redemptions than normal at this time. After making this review the redemption I submitted 10 days ago and literally was approved 7days ago was denied AGAIN!!! No reason given no nothing I thought everything was finally good to go EVER SINGLE DOCUMENT REQUIRED ALONG WITH CARD TRANSACTIONS THAT INCLUDED MY PURCHASE OF THE COINS USED TO MAKE THIS CURRENT REDEMPTION. I submitted my redemption again and guess what it is again pending and it’s now the weekend which means at least 4 days nothing. Seems highly convenient that my redemption got accidentally cancelled as they claim on a day that they can take up to almost another week. It’s 100 dollars do your customers right and honor their winnings especially once there is nothing left to verify and doing at least 4 verification processes for money we will never get. Im so irritated by their business style and lack of genuine customer service

This casino is a bank robbery. All they do is make you buy coins to get your money bigger and when you win really big they refuse to payout! No thanks. I just submitted everything including bank statements to them and what else could they possibly want a blood test too? Honestly Bankrolla started out great for me lots of offers and a " VIP manager " to expedite my redemptions. That changed last month hit 1500 on 3 lucky sparks. I started my redemption process on June 9th it I gave it the ten days and then I started emailing my manager. I was told the financial department was reviewing it, cool it's a decent sized win may take awhile. Then I noticed it got cancelled by them no reason why so I inquired it was a technical glitch. I had to resend it and it reset my timer. I repeated the process waited ten days trying to be patient still getting the same it's under review response. A month passes and still nothing now I'm kinda mad no one's giving an answer just saying be patient. So I decided maybe I'll cancel it and put a smaller one through I tried 300 nothing for days finally I said fine let's try 150. Today, 7/24/26 , it came though. Now mind you I used Skrill and had redeemed through Skrill before and it takes maybe a day. The worst part I hit 1000 on realprize four days ago and yesterday at 3:46am Realprize sent me the full 1000. Needless to say I'm cancelling my account super unprofessional and honestly bad business practice.

The wait times for redemptions are long but they do pay. I had to reverify again after already being verified but just be patient. Large amount of games available as well. Fun site.

I redeemed $160 on the 15th of July and after been rejected several times I sent every document that was requested so on the 18th I received an email saying I was completely verified and I should be receiving my redemption. It’s the 22nd and still no redemption… this is ridiculous and as much as I’d like to continue to play when and if I receive my redemption I probably Never will edit…24th still no deposit nor no idea if or when I will get it

Put in for 100$ withdrawal 2 days later was rejected had to resubmit id address pics of bank account then after 3 more days I was granted my withdrawal

If you want to get your winnings do not use this casino. I tried to withdraw my winnings and I had to verify my identity. After that I had to send a picture of the front and back of the card I used to deposit with. After that they wanted me to send a bank statement with the deposit to them and my name on it. They are a scam and will try anything to not pay you!
