Need to fix their database
Barclays keeps sending me information intended for one of their customers with a similar name and, apparently, e-mail address. I haven't been able to get them to correct that error.

App just spins
Logon passes authentication, but square box just spins, reregistering works first time, then need to re-register, unusable .

Thank you for offering to help, I have spoken to Barclaycard, called 3 times, I have been offered various solutions such as re-registering , reinstalling the app and trying on a different device, in all cases this has given me the same problem and I understand a new version of the app is being rolled out which might have caused this. I have been told the problem has been escalated so I'm awaiting for a reply but nothing yet and I'm not confident. I also note that your old Barclaycard website site is being decommissioned on the 7th of October so no online access and no app, hence I have no confidence in using Barclaycard
