Horrid interest rates! Financially rapes the customers
I have been a customer for over 15 years and they told me they didn’t have the power to lower interest rates! Right now it’s 25% or higher and they love raping and pillaging their customers who have had them a long time and never late on a payment. Currently looking to close this account! I will not recommend them again!

Good communication, able to use the web site with ease and pay. Interest rat not the lowest, however, not as high as some other credit card companies. I have had my Barclay card for over 2 decades now and I have been pleased with the service.

Amazing customer service it british call centres which I love as a premier customer! Always kind call handlers and branches are good but could you some more branches as they getting shut down other than that all good! I also love my 1 year Apple TV!

Barclaycard application experience a nightmare…
Barclaycard systems are designed to be as fully automated and with minimal human to human contact, but when things in the system don't work properly it can't adapt and handle it, I required 4 visits to a branch, over 80 miles in total for 4 round trips to sort out something that a few years ago someone in a branch could have resolved it, but can't now because of how poor the new system is at dealing with minor problems, I most definitely would not recommend Barclaycard to anyone
