Absolute shambles….. knowingly sold me a faulty unsafe car. Initially tried to sell the vehicle with barely legal tyres and brake pads.
Returned home with the car and the first time I started it after returning faults appeared with the ABS, Traction control, electrical steering fault, headlight faults, parking brake fault, central locking faults, front tyres not balanced and car pulling to the right.

They do not answer phone calls, they take days to respond to emails. I have had to return the vehicle myself as they refused to come and collect. Now they are delaying in returning my deposit. stating their mechanic is on annual leave…. All they do is try to delay as much as possible. I have had to lodge a complaint to the financial ombudsman to try and get the issue resolved.
By far the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. Not a nice experience, very unprofessional and unhelpful staff.

These guys are absolutely on point! I bought an insignia from them recently and every single member of staff I spoke to throughout the process was friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Their approach made the whole process so smooth and easy that it relieved all the normal worries and stresses I had when searching for a car.

If you are looking to purchase a car I seriously recommend that you visit this business first. They bent over backwards to look after me from start to finish!

ATTENTION TO ALL BUYERS !!! STAY AWAY !!!! This car has agreed to refund deposit many times on calls, (calls have been recorded) they have issued part refund. Bad customer service. Going to trading standards/ombudsman to recover full money. They are very persuasive in giving car warranty, came to view car and many electronic faults such as battery.

Very good experience. Didn’t end up buying the car I went to view In the end, however I can’t fault Dominic who gave me a tour of the vehicle and a test drive. Very professional, easy to talk to and very helpful.

Bought a golf off this lot at end of May this year and wish I hadn't. Had to return the car within a week as the rockers had gone. They were quite helpful and took the car back and said they would need it for 3 days. 3 days turned into 2 weeks. I finally got the car back and the timing was out, so I had to send it back yet again. Dominic tried giving me a courtesy car with no road tax. It's good to drive for 24 hours according to him. Clutch went a few weeks later. I got the golf recovered and taken to a main dealer and they informed me the engine wasn't right. I explained the work this lot paid someone to carry out and their words were, "it's either not been done properly or not been done at all". Rung Dominic and got nowhere. He Ignored my messages and said the after sales team would contact me. They don't have an after sales team. I got the finance company involved and they sent a technician out and he said the engine repair has failed. I've been without a car for 2 months yet still having to pay finance for the golf i bought off this lot. They had 48 hours to arrange collection of the golf last week but didn't bother.

Save yourself time, money and the hassle of having to listen to Dominic's bull when something goes wrong. I'm out of pocket on repairs i had carried out on this motor on separate faults. I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned while the finance company deal with this lot and paying monthly instalments on a car i cannot drive because it's not road worthy.

Also, 6 weeks after purchasing the vehicle i hadn't received the log book. Dominic assured me he'd sent it off but when i rang the DVLA 6 weeks later my golf was still registered in Bedfordshire Car Sales name.

Can't fault George, he helped me out but the others, waste of space.

I await Dominic's response of, we don't have your credentials on our records or you've mixed us with someone else!

Only decent thing I got out of this lot was the free bottled water they offer customers?

Good visit to this dealer today. Deal was not done as we are still hunting for our perfect family wagon but staff were helping and nice set up.

Made to feel welcome straight away, there was no pressure to buy the car. George was friendly, polite and very welcoming. A great experience all round

Handled my enquiry very well. Although i did not buy from here the salesman was very helpful and well spoken. I appreciate there patience and help regardless of not buying on this occasion.

So, the first thing these villains say after a bad review i "no record"etc etc". The subject of this review is Audi A6 reg LX60 XSP. It was advertised for £5999 on 28 April. I expressed interest and was quoted a finance option which was going to cost me £7999. They put the price up on line to £7499 allegedly to reserve the car for me to view yesterday. My wife had her reservations but we ended up buying it. However, in my exaustion, I ended up signing a deal (with their finance partner Close Brothers) for a sale price of £7499 less £200 for my car and a £500 deposit. Yes I was stupid but these little spivs played on it. They also bragged about a car with 103K on the clock with a service history which had not even had an oil change for 30K! Grubby little people to avoid. I have a screenshot of the original ad if there are queries or comments such as "no record!"

Bought a 2009 astra from the team at BCS and they were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, George and Dominic were both great and made sure the car was ready for me on time and in good condition, would definitely recommend these guys as I have had a bad experience with used car dealers in the past but these guys are proper honest and helpful, can't fault them at all... 10/10

This review is for Bedfordshire Car Sales NOT Bedfordshire Car Market which from the reviews i have read is an awful place.
BCS team were amazing at keeping me informed throughout the whole process. Any questions i had were answered and dealt with in a timely fashion.
Dominic and George went out of there way to aid me in anyway that they could.
The car was as described in the ad, I was able to do a test drive and look the vehicle all over. During this visit there was no hoovering or pressure to buy, but any questions i had were answered straight away.
There was no pressure to buy or add things on once i did purchase a vehicle. They went above and beyond to help me with an unusual request with no qualms at all about it.
I would 100% recommend them again to anyone who needed a new car, or advice on how to get a new car.
They are also amazing at explaining and helping me to apply for finance to get a new vehicle.
