Fantastic experience, excellent customer service and communication and extremely quick delivery. I messed up my order and everything was sorted very quickly for me and I still received my order the next day. The items ordered seem very good quality, I would definitely use again and recommend them.

I purchased a pair of pillows for £72. They turned out to be really flat and offered no support whatsoever. They are so flat and floppy that you can actually fold them in two. If you plump them up they fill with air which escapes again as soon as you put your head on them. I queried the quality with the company and after I sent photos they offered to replace the pillows. I took this as an acknowledgement that the pillows were not as they should be. Rather than replace pillows that I really wasn’t happy with I asked for a refund instead of a replacement. From then on the company became incredibly difficult to deal with. I was told that because the pillows were made to order they would not refund them. They were pillows from their regular range, not bespoke in any way, and it is not obvious from the website that they are not returnable.

I found the customer service representative to be very unhelpful, giving vague, contradictory and misleading responses.

I had weeks of frustrating email exchanges. I was asked to return the pillows to the manufacturer which I did to be told that there was nothing wrong with them. I would dispute this, but even if it is a quality issue rather than a faulty product they are still not fit for purpose.

I now feel that I have wasted my money on a product that is unusable and have been treated really poorly by the customer service representative.

I’m very pleased with the quality of the sheets ordered from Bedlinen Direct. Samantha gave me great advice and help. I would use Bedlinen Direct again.

Pure luxury! Just the right thread count to be warm but not too warm. The silk embrace duvet is absolutely perfect for me, not too heavy and just right for someone who perspires more than they care to!! I bought full sets i.e. protectors, enhancers, sheets and quilts and should I need more I will most definitely order from here again.

Easy transaction just like last time 5years ago for two pillows and pillowcases to go with them that’s how long it has taken one of the pillows to go slightly softer (Mrs has a heavy head )pillowcases are still in very good condition washed weekly ,pillows washed monthly .started buying hotel standard gear as usual rubbish from places like Asda Tesco supermarket stuff lasts a few months and your buying them again .Even though the initial purchase is expensive it will 100% save you in the long run

Great service and good quality. Although they didn't have what I ordered, they emailed me straight away and offered me an acceptable alternative. I received my sheet the next day as well as the partial refund

I have had no problem with Bedlinen Direct as to delivery of the product I am just extremely disappointed, and angry, about the quality of the sheets from Belledorm. After investing £75 and three extensive washes later the sheets are still unbearable to sleep on, scratchy and hard. This is not Bedlinen Directs fault but the cost of this disaster is now a write off as you can’t possible know the sheets will be like this until after you have used them. There is no way I can see either of informing Belledorm of their grossly substandard linen. 4 stars for Bedlinen Direct as they themselves are ok, just wish I hadn’t bought the sheets they had.

I would love to say that my order is high quality, but sadly, despite ordering a duvet over two weeks ago, I still haven't recieved it. Customer service, although polite, are not particularly helpful and don't seem to be chasing the order, the courier or offering any alternative. I requested a refund and that was refused. So now I'm stuck in limbo without a product that I desperately need. I ordered from this company based on the good reviews and now I'm regretting it.

Hotel Suite Dual Layer Mattress Topper

So comfortable we got a second, fast delivery, only pointer would be great to able to track the delivery.

The toppers were reasonably well packaged.
Have used for the past four nights and it has made a too firm bed more comfortable.

I suggest placing an old duvet on top of the topper before placing one's bedsheet to give it more comfort and longevity.

I ordered tw white fitted bed sheets for my 7feet x 6feet bed. I had previously ordered the same sheets from this company in 2017. The product was exactly what I ordered and fits well. It took a couple of weeks longer than I thought for them to arrive, but I have no complaints at all. I can only recommend this firm. Excellent.

We were looking for 2’6” singles for a new rise and recline bed. Ordered two sheets and two mattress toppers, both coolmax. Had to chase up delivery but Samantha was extremely helpful and expedited a quick delivery. Quality of the sheets was excellent. Will definitely use again!
