Benchmark Kennels Avis 

Arrived when they said they would, got to work immediately & installed the kennel precisely as and where I wanted. Scott & Allen’s (?) (didn’t quite get his name. ) were really friendly and explained what they were going to do & how. Top lads. A great kennel too!

Excellent Kennels very high standard of materials, a lovely space for our cats and dogs to enjoy the day outside and safe. The construction team, although we never met them left our place clean and tidy and my friend who is a carpenter for 40 years said the work was very tidy. Customer service was great as well no questions to small or repetitive to answer I will without doubt be getting my future purchases from these guys Thanks to all

Began really helpful with good communication. Install date had to be altered due to sickness which was fine and well communicated. Kennel was put up and was all good except the galv pack was missing. Again they arranged for someone to come back and add it couple weeks later.
The galv pack was poorly added, with screws sticking out and the ends of the screws being sharp and also sticking out, gaps as it couldn’t go behind the wood as it normally would without taking whole thing apart. They put a different door on (knew was different as we had screwed locks to the original door) which was all dented and had holes in from what looks like previous hinges or something being screwed into it.
Messaged with photos and was just ignored…..not even a reply!

Just had our double bay dog kennel installed by Shaun and Simon from Benchmark and it looks great. It seems professionally put up and it took them a good 2-3 hours to build so it wasn't a rush job. Both guys were polite and professional. I would happily go to Benchmark again.

Very nice workers, did the job in no time at all very great work 👏.

Had a lovely experience with our purchase from benchmark kennels. Brogan and Liam came to deliver and build our shed. They were really pleasant and extremely hard working. It took just over an hour and a half from start to finish. The company were also very efficient with communication. We would definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future . Fantastic install and service

Had a fantastic experience with benchmark kennels, from start to finish cat was great in the office her communication was second to none. The quality of the kennels speaks for there selves they are exactly how they look online and what I asked for. Liam and mark were really nice lads and very professional and polite couldn't of asked for better from staff or company.

Have just had our kennel installed by this company. Cannot fault them from start to finish. Excellent customer service. Professional, courteous and efficient at every stage. Product is very good quality and the guys that installed it were meticulous, despite the late finishing time they did not rush or cut corners.
Very satisfied and dogs are quite happy in their new home.

Just had my Benchmark Kennel delivered and installed and I’m absolutely delighted with it. The buying experience was brilliant from start to finish.

I spent weeks researching products and had several phone calls with Cat who answered all my questions, and gave me the confidence to place an order - I settled on a 12x6.5 single, with lots of extras, and a custom door arrangement.

Fast forward 3 weeks and Simon and Nath arrived promptly on delivery day, and spent 4 hours building exactly (to the mm) what I ordered!

I’ve already recommended them to friends.
