The shed is not fit for purpose. The water gets in because the tongue and groove sides are upside down so water doesn’t drip off it runs in. The floor is made of flimsy wood so much so the guys installing it cracked a floor board. The floor isn’t screwed to the walls so they bow. I have contacted benchmark several times seeking resolution but I am yet to receive any kind of response.

Excellent service from start to finish. The advice and the help on the phone whilst planning it. They arrived on time, polite cleans up after themselves. Nothing was too much trouble. Liam, and his friend are a credit to the company couldn’t have asked for anymore. Where do I start, I bought what they call a cattery. It is on face a block of kennels with the doors fitted upside down.
I told the fitters the hole in the doors were too big for cats. They replied if we have enough wood we can try to make them smaller. (They didn’t bother) they left gaps on top of each run allowing cats to get from run to run. They left weather strips off and left them on the garden. The hinges on the door had one screw in them. One had no screws at all. Spoke to the company who say they will send another team to rectify the problem but really I should have checked it before they left. So made to feel it’s my fault they produce poor workmanship. I now have two carpenters working on it to fix the problems and make it usable
UPDATE
They have replied saying their fitter was taken ill. This is the first I’ve heard of it and my version has not deviated at all. Liars as well as bad workmanship.

Excellent quality product and a great fitting team, my dogs are so happy in their new home.
