Our sales person Aurumn was delightful
Our sales person Aurumn was delightful. We told her what we were looking for and she guided us round the store showing us the options that would meet our needs encouraging us to try out the displays. Nothing was a bother to her even when at the last minute I changed the colour option. We love the fact that delivery is only around 2 weeks unlike other stores that were quoting 12 weeks.

Fabulous experience from start to finish
The whole experience with Bensons for Beds, from the shop in Stirling right through to delivery of the mattress and the best night’s sleep in ages, was extremely positive.
Paul, the sales person in the shop was really knowledgeable and helpful.
The communication and logistics was excellent. The delivery team were on time and delivered the mattress to our room and took away our old mattress.
It feels unusual nowadays to find such great service from start to finish.

Very good selection of beds
Very good selection of beds. Very helpful sales staff and informative. Stepped in when we had questions, told us all about different types divans, headboards and materials. Explained the sale and delivery, left us to wander round and discuss and was attentive and helpful when we were ready to purchase. Enjoyed the chat with the sales guy David too. A pleasant experience, looking forward to new bed being delivered on the day of our choice.

We were left to look at the beds and…
We were left to look at the beds and bedroom furniture at leisure. Paul the sales person was very polite and helpful towards us purchasing our new bed, headboard and mattress. We didn't feel under any pressure to buy that day.

Sales lady Autumn really knowledgeable great advice. Don’t usually like to try out fancy gadgets but when I seen the pressure points lying on the mattress I was shocked. Cannot wait for it to arrive along with my new pillows.
