I’ve visited Gosling a couple times…
I’ve visited Gosling a couple times now. Each time the staff have all gone above and beyond.
Most recently I attended the ‘this girl can’ event at the ski slope. Having not skied for nearly 17 years I’ve been wanting to get back into it for a while. But due to time and finances I haven’t had the chance. As well as being unsure of my ability now. So imagine my joy when I saw this taster session!
I was greeted by Jess, who helped with the whole set up process. Then I started the session with Lucy. She helped us all with the basics, movement and manoeuvres. Then eventually we started on the smaller slope. After a 2 hour group lesson I think I’m ready to actually look into booking a proper lesson or two! And can’t wiat to progress myself even more.
I really enjoyed the evening and I can’t wait to learn some more again soon. Thank you so much!

We had a trampolining party for our 7year old. The staff were friendly and helpful, the party room was air conditioned and clean. The communication before was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend for a stress free party!

Had my daughter birthday party there. Staff super friendly and helpful. Kids absolutely loved it. The only negative the party room was very hot but to be fair kids did not mind it. Would definitely recommend.

Great trampoline party
Great trampoline party for my 7 year old and her 9 friends. Lovely, clean facilities, safe environment and super helpful staff member Sam made it as easy as possible. Thank you! Would highly recommend.

limited class spaces
I have been a member now for 3 weeks and only managed to get in 1 yoga class as it is always booked, also have not been able to book any pilates classes at all

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience so far.
Our classes, including yoga and Pilates, can be very popular and often book up quickly, particularly during peak times.
We understand how disappointing it can be when you’re unable to secure a space, especially as a new member.
We're also deeply sorry for any inconvenience and frustration this may have caused.
The slots for Fitness Classes are released 7 days in advance at 22:00, which may help you to book this.
We recommend checking the booking system regularly as cancellations do occur, and spaces can become available closer to the class time.

Gosling Centre
The staff at the Gosling Centre are very nice and helpful. However, the booking system for activities is not very efficient or user friendly. I find it, often, difficult to secure the class I want and it seems pot luck as to whether I get a booking for a given time and day. There must be a better way of doing things!
Update: in response to Better 's response . I understand that I need to be online at 10 pm to book a class. The demand for some classes outstrips the available places. Today, I was on the waiting list for a class, I received an email at 8.30am telling me to hurry as a space was available however, at 8.31 am the space was gone. You must agree this is ridiculous, I couldn't have been any quicker. . I look forward to your response.
