I am a long term user (swimming) and very satisfied (I go off- peak). The pool is clean and clear virtually all of the time. The ground floor changing room/showers need more regular cleaning though... Voir plus

Fabulous! I went here years ago. It’s now fully refurbished but still with all the same steam, hot rooms etc.

My Husband and I are members of the Better gym at Ironmonger Row centre near old street.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
In particular one of the members of the reception staff- a young lady called UMMA
She was so helpful and kind. We had problems logging in and setting up our membership apps and she sorted the issue quickly and in s very kind, professional manner.
We were very grateful!
She is a credit to your team.

The male gym changing rooms at…
The male gym changing rooms at Ironmonger Row are consistently filthy! I have requested before that they are cleaned, as they definitely do not clean them daily as one would expect.
