I am a member at Swiss Cottage better gym for a very long time. I really like the centre and it’s very refreshing. The facility is very clean. The staff here are wonderful.

I use the gym for now
I use the gym for now. I took a trial swimming class and found it to be very good. However, I think the gym needs more staff to guide students when needed. I noticed that there are more personal trainers than there is someone there to help when someone needs it. I also noticed that some people who use the benches, weights, ropes and bars don't put them back in their place. It's a bit unorganized. As for the rest, I like it 😉

The gym is always tidy and clean. People who work at Swiss Cottage leisure centre are very professional and knowledgeable.

My experience
My name is Mohammed Abdrabou I’m a member as Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre since 1992 before it was BETTER.
I have seen many changes in this building over the years a lot company came and left. However, since BETTER took over things has changed in a good way for members of the gym and the local community. This place is very family friendly and gym is very well organised and the swimming pool is great too. I would like to thank everyone who is working really hard from the centre staffs to people behind the scene to keep this leisure centre going for so long to give us a health lifestyle.

First time coming to this centre as my local one underwent maintenance. Super friendly staff, great facilities and the cafe was brilliant. All mixed for a great experience, might even switch to turn this as my home gym :)

I have been a member for a while and have loved the aqua aerobics sessions. Today I joined the Friday group run by Yolanta and I enjoyed it so much more, her encouragement is unsurpassed and love the style of music that allows for intensity and gentle exercise for all abilities.

The customer service here is outstanding !! They are very quick, friendly, helpful and professional whenever I need any help. The gym is great with very good equipments. Pool is amazing too and off-course the steam and sauna.
Overall it’s a great place for the local community. I highly recommend this centre to everyone.

I've been a member here for a very long time and always welcomed by the friendly staff. The gym equipment is top notch and the classes are well engaging and well taught. The swimming pool is very clean and temperature is almost perfect all the time.
