Holiday Camp 2026 - highly recommend. Great price. Sabrina and staff were friendly. My daughter loved all the activities - swimming, pottery, crafts, bouncy castle, sports, etc. Centre staff was helpful with solving admin/website issues.
RE centre: Only thing is the last two days of camp were cancelled and we didn't get enough notice - I really needed those days. The website isn't user friendly - always had an issue registering for classes.

We are very sorry to hear that the final two days were cancelled and that you were not given enough notice. It appears there were staffing issues, which must have been particularly disappointing when you needed those days. Regarding the website, we are continually working to improve the booking process and hope it becomes easier to use over time.

Wish I’d put my daughter in this club earlier as we only managed the last two days of it. She has been so happy and asking to go back as soon as possible! The staff have been amazing. Make sure it comes back for half term and next summer please! Also, very reasonably priced in comparison to lots of others!

Really happy with the Holiday Club
Really happy with the holiday club. My daughter attended for the first time this summer and has thoroughly enjoyed coming, taking part in the activities and making new friends. The hours have been great with an 8.30am drop off and 5pm pick. Staff are kind, friendly and supportive and have engaged my daughter really well. Looking forward to booking for October half term.

Great experience
My children attend the centre for swim school. Tom and all the staff are wonderful so I signed them up for summer club and it has been a fantastic experience for my children. They have thoroughly enjoyed and benefited from their time there. Sabrina, Taylor, Jesse, Meena and the rest of the staff are amazing, they greet the children with a smile from morning drop off and they ensure that they have a great time and take care to monitor them throughout the day. I hope the summer club long continues and that many more children get the opportunity to experience it.
I hope that the centre recognises and rewards the efforts of their staff!

The holiday club is amazing my daughter…
The holiday club is amazing my daughter made friends along the way. Her swimming has gotten so much better and more confident. Also the activities are fun and staff are kind, caring, friendly and helpful.

Not had any problems at the Thornton…
Not had any problems at the Thornton Heath centre. I was previously at a 24hr gym so not being able to access the gym until 6.30 will take some getting used to. The main pool was a little too cold for my liking.
Had to cancel my membership after only one week as I was rushed to hospital with sepsis. But hoping to resume when I am back to good health.

May Then Forth Be With You - Awesome BH Marathon
I cannot begin to say thorough I enjoyed the Marathon session today. As a previous member that can't find anything close to it in Kent, keep it up. The individual sessions but on by Samantha, Bernard, Marie, Michelle and Grayce were expectional. I do so hope I haven't left anyone out. The attention to injuries, first timers, playlist, ease of pace for beginners ... I could go on.
