Account issues…
Eithan tried to sort my account issues but escalated it immediately to head office when he couldn't isolate it. Head office escalated my account issues when they couldn't sort it and Michel sorted my technical problems out fast. He even went to the software developer to sort it out and kept me informed during the process. All sorted out now. Thankfully. Team Walthamstow Stadium are the best gym staff you'll ever find.

I have never been to a gym before
I have never been to a gym before, but was put at ease by Annisa who explained all the machines to me. I feel I could turn to her for help anytime.
The facilities are clean from reception to the changing room and the gym and looks very professional.
There is an easy going atmosphere and I find I now look forward to attending the gym, which will encourage me to reach my aims.

Had my daughter’s gymnastics party here and everyone has commented on how great the party was! The staff were really helpful (especially as we had a little issue with our food delivery) and kept all the children engaged and entertained!

My kids loved their gymnastics classes
My kids have really enjoyed their gymnastics classes at the Walthamstow Leisure Centre. Great coaches and facility. They're older and moving onto new things, but it's been such a great experience for them. Highly recommend.

Save our Saturday Morning Yoga
I actually loved the yoga class today. I had a great experience. Shout out to the instructor Sanam.
It was my first time of attending the newly introduced Saturday morning yoga session.
My discontent today is that the class will be cancelled after 24th October due to low numbers.
This is very sad as its the only Saturday yoga session that the centre runs. Its particularly great for people like me who works full time Monday to Friday.
I have arthritis in both knees and having the opportunity to attend a Saturday class is vital to help support my mobility.
I want to appeal to management to keep the class going. The numbers will increase as more people find out about it. They need to publicise it and give it time. Not just two months and then shutting it down.
Management seems to be putting profits above the community they serve. This is supposed to be a charitable organisation.
