Blacks - Sheffield Avis 

I recently went to blacks in sheffield to purchase some hiking boots but was unsure of which boots to purchase, I was approached by a member of the team called Rio who helped me get the boots and size I needed, she was very helpful and knowledgeable

Went to Sheffield store on the moor and was greeted with a very happy welcome by the staff I come in to see if I could
Walking top for my partner and staff member rio was very helpful and helped me found the right size and was helpful I walked over to sale section and found a jacket that was size and found a member of staff Emily who was very polite and friendly and helpful and got the jacket down for me it’s fitted fine and she explained how warm the jacket was and also explained the jacket was very warm for my walks to work and also walks in the peaks I decided to buy both and went to till area where I was greeted by very polite and friendly staff member Adam who was very helpful at till area was very good at customer service my experience definitely dersives a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ as staff are credit to company and without good staff then company can’t stay around it was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ treatment from the staff and look forward to coming back to store again thank you Emily rio and Adam for a truly wonderful shopping experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came to the store before Christmas and was looking for some walking shoes Emily was on hand and helped me find the perfect pair she was so lovely and really helpful

Called in as we noticed they had a sale on and we both needed new walking boots/shoes. I can't remember the names of the staff, but the guy who helped us getting the shoes and the girl on the till, were really helpful and friendly.

I went into your Black’s shop on the Moor earlier on looking to find a new pair of hiking boots and was served by the manager (Stevie). She spent a while helping me pick out the perfect pair. I ended up with a new pair at a reasonable price and she even helped me find a new jacket on top. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about all the products I enquired about and I’ll definitely be visiting the shop again. 10/10 shopping experience!

Came in for a jacket was served by mollie and she was very helpful from start to finish and helped me out with what I needed

Was in store about 4 weeks ago now on a Saturday morning looking for some new walking shoes. I am a bit of an awkward customer as i have quirky feet but i was lucky enough to get help from a very pleasant young girl called Molly (if i remember correctly!). What an absolute credit to the store and young people in general. She certainly knew her shoes and was a great help in assuring i ended up with the right pair of shoes for me. Many thanks.

Visited Blacks on Saturday, looking for a new hold-all. The girl that served me was excellent. She apparently works part time at the weekends. I didn’t buy it on Saturday, but bought it today. All staff involved with my purchase were just great. Thank you.

Came to get some waterproof trainers/wellies for dog walking spoke with a molly who was super helpful and pointed me in the right direction! She needs a raise!!

Just visited Blacks on Fargate Sheffield, was served by Maddie who was very helpful and as I was struggling to find boots that fitted well, Maddie was organised and went back and forth with boots I selected, then she came back with boots she thought may fit of a slightly different design and they were perfect. Maddie upsold me some boot protector and a bag too and arranged cover to help another customer at the same time, she also ensured I received the best price possible. Maddie went above and beyond from a customer service perspective and is definitely a credit to Blacks.

The server Rio was very nice, she gave us an extra discount and was very welcoming and down to earth definitely a good company to buy from

Excellent customer service. Was served by Molly who went above and beyond to help. Nothing was to much trouble for her. A real asset to the company.
