Wrong product was delivered.. issued full refund within 48hrs and did not have to return product even though was willing to.. was told to keep it..

Misleading when advertising, you think you are getting multiple items infact you only get one, nowhere on their website states you only receive one if they are advertising 3 items (reed difusers), (lip gloss) other items missing from order. Really crap stuff that I did get. Wish I had read reviews before ordering.
Total waste of money. Lucky I didn't spend a lot of money with this thieving cowboy company, £23, do yourself a favour do not buy. If it sounds too good to be true that's because it is!!!!

Horrible customer service. I placed an order on Wednesday and paid for next day delivery. It’s Friday and I have still not received the order. Nobody seems to answer their calls or email. Horrible experience for a first timer. Never buying from them.

Decent Delivery / Product , non exsistent customer care, we have emailed 4 times to which we have not received a response over multiple weeks.

I read revieews here and took a chance. Ordered an item Saturday. The confirmation email from bodycare went to my junk folder. The original link for tracking took me to a chinese website which was very worrying. Monday I had another email to say being dispatched and the tracking was with Evri. Received the item on Tuesday.

Placed an order. No email confirmation of order. No confirmation payment received. Queried using online form. No response. Courier then emailed me that they had the order. Order was delivered. Two days after delivery Bodycare emailed to say my order was confirmed. Then they emailed to say the order was with the courier. Then they responded to my online query and told me that the courier had delivered. Shambles.

Possibly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with ,they ask you to email to which they never reply ,they read your messages and never reply ,DO NOT USE WARNING

I ordered 14 items on Wednesday, total £33 and received everything today with no problems.

I wish I'd discovered this site sooner because it's much cheaper than the usual chemists and supermarkets. Recommended.

I think all the fragrances that I ordered, were expired.

Looking for a certain perfume, I saw that bodycare was by far the cheapest and with free postage. Spent £54 through PayPal,
received confirmation email and went through Quidco and got cashback within a hour or so. Upon clicking on my order on the email outlook popped up, unsafe site! God. Looked on trustpilot reviews and saw the negative ones. Panicked. Left 2 days then emailed bodycare . Received one back saying checking with warehouse. Within a hour said my order had been despatched. Arrived safely by Evri 3 days later.
So don't panic. It is a good cheap site.

Tried to put an order in, it confirmed on the screen that the order was complete including the PayPal part but nothing came through! I wouldn't trust this site

I ordered 15 items in the evening on Thursday 10th October 24 and it was dispatched the next day (Friday 11/10/24) and delivered today ( Saturday 12/10/24)
I’m really impressed with them as all my items arrived, it was all packaged well, all the items arrived in mint condition and my parcel was delivered super fast.
I was a bit worried about ordering from them due to all the negative reviews on here.
But wherever you shop there are always good and bad reviews for absolutely everything and the reviews start to hinder me buying things, as all the contradictions confuse me.
So I thought I’d ignore the reviews this time and give the company a try for the first time and I’m so glad I did and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again now.

This company is OK if you get what you ordered. However, if you have any problems, the customer service is appalling. They basically sent me 3 tubs of the wrong face cream. It took 14 emails before someone replied to me, and then I was told I could return it for a refund, and cover the postage cost myself. I could then photograph the postage receipt and email it to them, and they would send me a cheque for the postage costs! I have no banks near me. They refuse to refund any other way. Very unhelpful. I will avoid in future because it's too risky to order from companies who refuse to resolve problems adequately. I'd suggest avoid unless you don't mind potentially losing money.

Ordered an item and was then sent an email to say that I will be getting a refund with no explanation. I didn’t receive the refund.

I see several negative comments, I personally have nothing to complain about. My order arrived in 2 days, well packaged and as I requested on the website. I loved it, I will definitely buy it again.

Read Trustpilot reviews only after placing an order and checking my tracking details online, which sent me to an asian shipping website containing no English!! I panicked thinking it was a scam!

However all was absolutely fine - Evri emailed to say they had my parcel which was safely delivered with all items intact. Ordered placed Saturday, items received Tuesday therefore very happy with timescale.

Experience seems to vary, but can honestly say mine was very good overall.

Warning! Warning! I ordered 12 eyeshadow palettes, and 7 arrived damaged, completely smashed into powder. They just threw the fragile items into the box with no protective filler. The worst part is their customer service is nonexistent—they never responded to my emails, even after I sent photos of the damage. I also tried reaching out on social media, but still no response. Thankfully, I paid through PayPal, so I’ve filed a claim. Fingers crossed I get my refund!

I thought I’d give this company a go (first time order) and read some negative comments in advance but thought they may be one offs. Anyway, my experience is similar to others…they couldn’t fulfil the order so they just changed it without and communication. They just dispatched what they wanted basically. They also missed items out that they said had been dispatched. I’ve emailed several times and received no reply whatsoever. I just wouldn’t waste your time guys. This is a business fit for the bin!
