I wanted to bulk buy nail varnish for my ladies choir. Could only order a maximum of 12 bottles at a time and as they only had 17 bottles available when I wanted 40 bottles I had to pay two lots of postage for 12 and 5 bottles ordered simultaneously. How ridiculous!!

Ordered some hair mousse as I thought it would be easier to bulk buy with free delivery as apposed to going into town and paying for parking etc. To be fair, it’s Evri that have not delivered my parcel. Everything was proceeding ok, when I received an email to say delivery would be quite late at night. We have a regular delivery guy for Evri and he tends to deliver early afternoon. Parcel didn’t come and I received an email to say it wasn’t coming. This was Friday, on Sunday the tracking said the parcel was on its way back to the sender!! Why, is the question? I contacted Bodycare explaining the situation, they did reply and said after investigation that Evri would deliver my order within 24-48hrs. That was it, no further help or keep an eye on things for me. I tried to email them to ask how could it be delivered to me, if it’s on the way back to THEIR warehouse, but my email to them wouldn’t send. They do not publish any phone number to call them. So far I’ve spent just over £30 and have nothing, nothing but hassle that is. Should have just gone to the high street shop in the first place. Won’t use any company that doesn’t offer a phone number to speak to an actual person. You live and learn as they say. Bodycare did say if the parcel was lost they’d ‘raise a claim for me’ er no, you’ll refund me and you raise a claim for Bodycare!!!

Have ordered mens deodorant online a few times now and never had a problem,usually here in a couple of days,even with delivery charge it still works out cheaper than any shop.

Bodycare is an excellent store with cheap products. The cashiers are very nice, especially Jenny! Thank you and i had a great experience :)

Really pleased. Ordered some deodrant (enough to get free delivery). Much cheaper than available anywhere else and delivered 2 days after ordering. Was a little apprehensive after reading some negative reviews but all fine with my order. Will happily use this company again.

I was very dubious after reading reviews. I ordered face creams as a present just before Christmas 2022, all were delivered well packaged, I was in when courier arrived, it took a 3-5 days but with mail strikes not an issue.
and yet again when i learnt Evri were the courier service, I was concerned. But delivery was fine so I have to feedback as I found I would normally be critical but I had no Issues at all.

Don't order online from them. The courier driver ( Evri driver) stole my parcel and marked it as delivered. I sent proof of pictures and screenshots from the video doorbell. I even forwarded an email from Evri the delivery company itself, where they accepted and agreed that the driver had not delivered the parcel. Bodycare was acting difficult and asked for video footage. How ridiculous!!! Eventually, they gave me a refund, after going back and forth with them.

Placed an order in December and it only just arrived and it has arrived damaged.

Tried to get in touch with customer services multiple times but no response. I will be going through my bank to get my money back.

Absolutely delighted with my order. Arrived in good time despite postal strikes. Will definitely be ordering again 100% recommend.

I ordered from Bodycare Online and they delivered three wrong items out of the five ordered.
I only ordered online because the three items I wanted weren’t available in-store. The other two items are readily available in-store.
To be fair, they admitted their mistake fairly quickly and refunded the cost of the three incorrect items but refused to refund delivery costs.
I complained and stressed that I only made an online order to obtain the three items that weren’t available in-store.

They told me that i could return ALL the items but this would be at my own expense and they still would not refund deliver costs.
Very disappointing and I certainly won’t be shopping with them again…

Excellent value and superb service - honestly can't fault it!

Great service. The specific shampoo that I like was available at a really competitive price so I bought in bulk !! (5). Arrived very quickly. Extremely well packaged. Postage costs very fair and reasonable. Very pleased .
