He explains everything fully about what the results shows, keeps every positive, is courteous, immaculate in his presentation and a true gentleman. My appointment was on time, and my audiologist - Mubarak Patel - was courteous, patient and very helpful. My questions were answered and my problems resolved. I have seen Mubarak several times now, and am always impressed by his professionalism.
