Roshni is such a Friendly, Caring, knowledgeable, and professional Audiologist. She is always willing to listen to any concerns give professional advise. I wouldn't wish to see anyone else. I have made numerous visits to Boots Hearing care. Leicester, initially for purchase and follow up reviews. On each occasion I was attended by Roshni Thanki. I returned today because my hearing aids were old and needed replacing. Unsurprisingly to me, I left an hour or so later after a hearing test with a new pair hearing aids and all the information I needed. As always, Roshi was extremely helpful, informative and above all caring.

Roshni is the kindest but most professional audiologist we have ever worked with - my mum is so confident and happy visiting roshni for appointments.

I have been a customer for some years now and while I could choose to go to the NHS the service I receive from Roshni in particular is second to none. Even though she knows I don't always do as I am told she remains patient and professional at all times.

I can’t recommend Boots Hearingcare in Gallowtree Gate enough!
I have been with them for my entire hearing loss journey and the service had been impeccable. Roshni Thanki is truly wonderful. Always so welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and at each appointment I’m
made to feel valued and cared for. Roshni’s customer service is one of those that is inherent and not from a text book.

My husband and I had our initial hearing assessment. We were seen, on time, by Roshni, the audiologist, who was very friendly, patient, approachable, professional and thorough.

I was seen on time, Roshni explained the change in my hearing since my last visit, gave me my hearing test , and checked my hearing aids.
Also told me and demonstrated the new technology in hearing aids since I purchased my last pair.

I had my annual hearing and hearing aid review today. I was accompanied by my wife. As always, Roshni was welcoming, friendly, chatty and professional. She guided me through the hearing test and explained the results. She took time to listen to me, when I explained about my experiences with my hearing aids, and took appropriate action, adjusting my settings, as necessary, but also explaining why other adjustments were not possible, given the particular hearing aids that I have. I attended my annual hearing review today with Roshni Thanki. As always she was on time and very welcoming. She asked after my health and exchanged pleasantries. The review was really well conducted and Roshni discussed and demonstrated some new aides. All in all a really good experience.
