Nobody answering telephone calls
Nobody answering telephone calls. Tried on various numbers also 02920766405 as published on website appears to be wrong as unobtainable. Not a great start having just spent nearly £4000 on new hearing aids. Really not impressed.

Thorough and helpful service.
The audiologists at Boots were very pleasant, thorough in their examinations of my ears and most helpful in answering all my questions. The hearing aids which I have just started using are excellent.

Very straight forward, everything was explained fully comfortable surroundings, even a trial run outside with aids in before I agreed they were right for me.

Staff very professional and helpful
Staff very professional and helpful. Have recommended this clinic to friends and neighbours. I have had a few appointments for wax removal and one for in-depth hearing assessment.
