Terrible
I enquired about miss sold car finance with claim link uk who sent my details to Bott Co who say I signed agreement with them to act on my behalf. I did not. They have sent me and my wife dozens of emails sometimes 3 a week asking me to write to the lends and tell them that Bott Co is acting on my behalf. I refused and they are threatening me with fees for work they have not done. Me and my wife are in our late seventies and have poor heath. This is having an effect on our mental health. They keep asking me to sign agreement.

Free eligibility check; NOT
I enquired about a FREE flight cancellation compensation claim. But after careful consideration decided to make the claim myself direct to the airline. I emailed Bott & co today clearly stating I did not wish to proceed with the claim any further than the free eligibility check. At no time did I sign any CFA or terms and conditions for issue to the airline. But today received 4 emails which has sent my anxiety through the roof I have not instructed them to do so!
How can they have issued a claim from me when I have requested them not to proceed anny further other than the FREE eligibility check and have signed no CFA or T&Cs to be validated.
Hoping they will close my file ASAP as it’s having detrimental impact on my mental health!
A very dodgy company stay well clear!

Excellent service from start to finish! Easy to deal with via email and no lengthy conversations, sent them the details of my flight disruption and they dealt with it all so smoothly, I just had to provide boarding cards and they won the case and all passengers were compensated! Amazing 5*
