Brewers Decorator Centres - Bromley Avis 

The staff in the paint department are great! Willing to help, friendly and quick (as much as the processes allow).

When I went first time and I explained my situation (trying to colourmatch for a small section) they were great - id chosen a number of colours i thought were close and queried that the colour boards were quite different to the leaflet so she let me know the boards were closer in terms of true colour due to the size of patch and finish. She let me know that i could have samples and that they happened to be on offer so i happily took one of each of my options which was good as the one we chose wasnt the one id expected.
I also wanted wallpaper and despite that being the front of the shop, the way it was set up, i didnt find it clear as to what was where as there were fabrics in the same places . These staff on the other hand ignored me even when i was standing by their desk; she was doing something so i was waiting - even her male colleague did the same when i went to collect. She just said she needed to go to lunch and the samlles were everywhere, she suggested i start with the ones by the door because of the pricing even though inhad told hervonline that i had found what i wanted and no level of spend had been mentioned .
Luckily that day i wasnt in a big rush to need to leave but did want to find the right thing so i found what i wanted online and found a couple of the samples i wanted but decided on the paintable option in the end which i ordered online. There had been possibilities which may well have been in the higher price range but after their treatment i didnt want to have to deal with them. This was for my dads property and i need to decorate my own and found some lovely wallpaper options but while i readily returned to the paint department, the paper people need to learn some customer service.

Didn’t have it in stock but had it there the next morning early and @ a good price 😃

Online ordering was fairly easy. I had a couple of questions and spoke to a very helpful friendly human (female)
Collect my order with no hassle.
I used to feel intimidated by the front of store, thought it was too posh, but it was a good experience visiting the store.

Brewers Bromley -Cuprinol Ducksback ordered on line. Aware that insufficient stock available for same day collection, email received early the next day to advise that the order was ready for collection. Arrived and left within minutes with my order, all very efficient.

Always go to Brewers for paint as the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and they have a good range.

Tried twice to enquire about a quote for 6 sets of blinds. Was promised each time that someone would get back in touch to discuss. No call received so gave given the order to another company & delighted with the items. Really bad service! They are lucky to be in a position where they obviously can’t be asked to put themselves out for new business!!! Won’t be buying any products here!

UPDATE in response to Brewers, Orpington’s comments. “ You say you tried to contact but I have absolutely NO phone calls or emails (not even in junk folders) in spite of me checking you had correct details second time I called. “.

Ordered on line and went and picked up within the hour, very good service

Helpful staff when choosing paper. Easy ordering, Brewers let me know when my order was ready and were very helpful when I collected. 10/10.

I ordered paint for click and collect. Received a text the same day confirming it was in stock. Staff member brought it to me in a couple of minutes.
