Brewers Decorator Centres - Bromley Avis 

As usual brewers had my order ready for collection within about 30min of my order, couldn’t ask for better service. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Ben, at Bromley branch, was extremely helpful. I had a several selections to make and he helped throughout.

Simple click and collect service that was ready within the hour.

We commissioned some custom blinds several weeks ago. Forecasted ETA at the point of purchase, "8-11 weeks". Poor communications (see "none"), when visited the shop last week to obtain an update, the timeline seems to have stretched to 14 weeks. Despite the wide range of materials, the lead times for delivery keep getting longer and customer services not particularly proactive in keeping customers updated. Would we use the service again? Definitely not: when parting with a few thousands pounds one would expect a better and speedier service, similarly what we experienced in the past with independent blind makers.
Updated review on 22/12/23: extra star added. Blinds fitted, very good finished product.. Furthermore, asked to fit nickel chain system, fitter came back in one’s absence and fitted chrome instead. Clearly not the end of the world, but previous comments on poor comms still stand

Fast and easy service, ordered my Farrow & Ball paint online and drove a couple of miles to collect it.staff were friendly and helpful

Good sound advice and very helpful. Good old-fashioned personal service without having to trawl the shop to find some one to help, like in the larger stores.

I phoned up to check stock on an anti fungal solution for a wooden garden roof. I was advised on which product would be the best and that I could collect it straight away. I picked it up ten minutes later and it was waiting on the counter for my arrival. An extremely efficient service and cheery and helpful experience throughout. Thank you.

Great next day delivery service & easy to order

I've only recently started to use Brewers and I've found them knowledgeable and friendly.

Onsite Service was very good and my phone enquiries were managed by the staff very effectively.

All in all very helpful, I would have given them a 5 star but I've only used them a handful of times and I haven't had any real issues that I needed dealt with.

Ordered online and collected promptly. Had a text informing me when the order was ready. No fuss, no bother - all worked great!
