Ordered a spray machine at 11.45pm Brewers delivery van turned up at my house 11am the next day, very nice delivery driver, superb 5 star service. Thank you very much Leeds

Amazing service
Amazing service. Ordered online, then on delivery day I got a call from the Leeds branch telling me exactly what time they were setting off and checking if I would be in. He then arrived with my paints exactly when he said he would. Yodel and Amazon could learn from these guys!

Unable to supply.
I placed an order for a product which turned out to be obsolete, not even the manufacturer had stock, I was told that as it was back order it would keep on in a loop, sadly no one contacted me to say that. After chasing this up I was refunded the money no problem. I ordered the same product from a company in Norfolk, they had 10 in stock, the order was fulfilled and delivered in 2 days. Sorry you were unable to help. Thank you kindly for trying.

The product was great, delivery less so
The product was great. Should have been free home delivery next day (Friday), but apparently the van broke down, no one told me so I waited. Phoned the next day (Saturday) to be told it would Monday at the earliest before delivery but I could collect which is what I chose to do as I wanted certainty and was ready for the product to start decorating

Delivery didn’t turn up when due
Delivery didn’t turn up when due. Had to call and ask what was the the problem. Supplier issues but no one thought to let me know. Customer wasn’t happy that her job was delayed as a result and it cost me money through lost time. I won’t be back.
