Item took over a month to arrive
Still haven't received it even though it was purchased a month ago with a 6 day turnaround. If something isn't in stock I'd rather it not be listed on your website than be there and have to be ordered in - or that made clear.
Update - collected it. They were very apologetic and explained there had been a backlog to due manufacturing issues. Have changed from 1* to 3* as the customer service at the actual shop was very good.

Huge colour discrepancy from website
There was a large delay in getting my paint as the mixing machines weren’t calibrated for the paint I ordered online. The staff were great but the delay was frustrating.
The paint I have collected is not even remotely like the colour advertised which I am yet to take up with the store directly, I’m not sure if this is an issue with Brewers or Sadolins.
I wish I had just bought cheaper B&Q paint where I could see samples painted on wood in store, I would have saved a lot of money.
