Staff member was untrustworthy when I showed him a screen shot of the product cheaper on my brewers online account and made me open up my brewers account. Rather rude.

HI Dave, we’re sorry to hear you felt this way, that certainly wasn’t our intention. When you mentioned the price was different on your Brewers online account, our store colleague explained that in-store (K8) accounts are directly linked to online accounts, so prices should usually match. To make sure we could honour the correct price for you, we simply asked to see the online listing. Once the difference was confirmed, we immediately matched the price shown on your phone without any issue. We apologise if this process came across as rude – we’re always aiming to be transparent and helpful, and your feedback has been noted. Kind regards, Shannon.

Great product variety
Product was at good price, only issue really was not getting notification of delivery date. First I knew of it was phone call from driver to say he was at address but no-one in. I advised him if safe place to leave it as I was due home within 15mins. All good in the end.
