I required bridging finance last year - I was carefully guided through the process by Kit Thompson at Brightstar and completed in good time for my requirements. This removed a great deal of the stress that I have experienced with previous finance applications

I had hoped to re-finance that with a further advance from my existing lender but I hadn't realised that my existing lender (a major high street bank) has specific terms related to further advances for any debt repayable within 12 months.

From the start of the process Lee Payne was immensely helpful, pointing me in the right direction and going out of his way to arrange a call with one of the team after telling him how long the process had been going on with a high street lender to no avail so we could ensure that this was the right option for them.
Stewart then picked this up and took over for the clients who had been backwards and forwards with a highstreet lender who kept changing the goal posts for them and in the end declined to proceed. He had the quotes out almost immediately after receiving the information and had this turned around and in the clients bank within 2 weeks for the clients who had been waiting over 4 months! He kept me updated throughout the process as well as the clients and was all round on the ball for them which was a god send given they'd waited so long and was unsure of the process as well as a bit defeated from their experience with the bank.
Amy then followed this up in Stewarts absence on holiday and also was very on the ball with updating myself and the clients.
All round a brilliant experience for both adviser and client and has left us with a very happy client!
