I had Jon as my instructor he was amazing taught me everything I needed to know for a first time pass. Showed up every week on time and always made driving feel comfortable would recommend.

My driving instructor Rahan prepared me extremely well for my test so that I was able to pass first time with only 1 minor. Thank you so much!! Definitely recommend to any new learners out there.

I passed first time with Jon after a long break from lessons. Being 7 months pregnant, I was keen to pass before baby's due date and am very thankful to have my driving license now. Jon has been an excellent driving instructor and has gone above and beyond to help me learn to drive confidently, not just in preparation for the test, but also helping me gain confidence driving on the motorway and in multistorey carparks. Jon has been meticulous at planning lessons and tracking progress, which has been so reassuring as I have prepared for the test. I couldn't reccomend a better and more experienced instructor than Jon to anyone looking to learn and pass their driving!

Passed my test with ease after only a couple sessions with Rahan. Great guy, makes everything simple to understand and the test easy to visualise, no nerves working with him and got me prepared in no time. Other instructors in the past would like to overcomplicate things and made them seem like a big deal when that’s truly not the case. Would highly recommend Rahan.

I passed my test today after just 5 lessons with Jon, my driving instructor. My theory test was expiring at the end of the month and he made sure I passed with flying colours so I didn’t have to worry about starting all over again. Everything Jon taught me during the limited time we had, showed up during my test, so I was very calm and prepared. I highly recommend Britannia and a special shoutout to the girls in the office who were very helpful and responsive!!

Jon performed a miracle - I failed my first two tests badly prior to Covid. Jon retrained me and I was able to pass on my next attempt. Jon was always on time, gave very clear, detailed instructions and even more honest feedback, meaning that I was fully prepared on the day of the test. Thank you very much!

Asli is an amazing instructor, I enjoyed both my driving and communication with her. I passed my driving test in 20 hours of training thanks to her. Recommend her to anyone lookin at learning to drive.

Terrible experience with Asli, bad communication, tried to cancel the first lesson half an hour before, she turned up late and finished the lesson early and cancelled the second lesson without any notice just didn’t bother turning up!

My instructor was Jon and I passed first time today with 2 minors! He's a tough guy with high expectations, doesn’t suffer fools easily. Always turns up with an exceptionally clean car. I was with Jon for some time until I gained confidence, however this also gave us chance to get on the motorway before test day which you don’t get with many other Driving Schools. The Brittania staff always were always polite and responsive, never had any concerns with them. Thank you Job, thank you Brittania.

Absolutely Great Service From Jon and Britannia Driving Schools Team, Very clear and precise messages around driving. Jon taught me much more than to just pass the test but the true qualities of driving. Jon similarly has a great sense of humour that really can settle anyone’s nerves or concerns around driving and test day. I would highly recommend Britannia Driving School and especially Jon.

My driving instructor Rahan was really helpful with my succeed of passing my driving test first time. He explained everything in detail and also did some sketches to demonstrate them step by step. Always looked forward to the lesson due to the fact that it was always joyful and always had a great laugh. Would recommend for anybody wanting to start learning how to drive.

My instructor Jon was truly remarkable throughout my lessons. Patient, but no messing around when it came to covering the content required to pass the test. Always extremely flexible when it came to scheduling lessons and arrived on time with a spotlessly clean car. He’s also has a fountain of knowledge which made the lessons interesting and I learnt a lot from him. Many thanks to him and the girls at the Britannia office for their help in scheduling the lessons, I can’t recommend him enough. I passed my test on the first attempt.

As a nervous driver, Jon made me feel safe and confident in the car at all times. I never had to worry about intimidating drivers, or potentially dangerous situations, as he always taught me how to navigate them safely.

I was with Britannia for over a year (nervous driver!!) and enjoyed every lesson with Jon. He knows the Highway Code like the back of his hand, and explains things very well with the use of books and sometime toy cars! He is a kind, funny, and generous instructor with his time and his spirit. He is one of a kind!

I would really recommend Jon as an instructor and Britannia Driving School in general. When some vouchers I had were expiring, Britannia were kind enough to extend them so that they would not go to waste.

The team go out of their way to support the learners. The ladies at Reception all work so well together and really try to accommodate a dynamic situation.
I had to change my appointments a few times at short notice which I know was a lot of hassle. They never moaned or complained and tried to get me in touch with a great instructor. Frank my instructor was very busy but managed to fit me in and again went out of his way to support me.
I have yet to find any business as focused on customer support, thank you guys highly recommend for all your driving needs
