She is so helpful always got an amazing smile asks how we are are
Very helpful she is an amazing staff member a credit to the company

Its so important if you are a first time customer or a long standing customer she really looks after you
Absolutely fantastic

I have emailed and telephoned the Ironworks Centre with a view to organising a community group visit next month. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, explaining the process and arranging our booking.

As a group, we are looking forward to attending the centre to view the incredible sculptures, see the museum and, of course, have lunch in the restaurant.

We intend to donate items towards their amazing projects and hope that when we visit again in the future (and I’m sure we will) we may be able to spot one of our items.

I ordered a fire guard in December 2025, I’ve yet to receive the item and have not had a reply to my requests for an update except for automated replies stating that someone will be in contact. One star is being generous.
Update - Rang their office and spoke with Claire who was extremely apologetic for the delay and very helpful in sorting the issue.

A great afternoon spent exploring the many creations. The cafe was great offering a selection of food and drinks. The staff were great and they were very helpful. A great way to spend a few hours.

Wow what an entrance, from the moment you arrive. So much to see, outstanding breakfast, great shop and free tickets to come back. What a great day out.

It was fantastic for the children. The sculptures are really good and engaged them. Booking was simple with a clear process.

Impressive website offering classic British products at reasonable prices. I ordered 5 cast iron hooks which were perfect for arranging my fire tools with style and finesse.

Have recently been to visit the Ironworks with my class of Year 3/4 pupils. The children absolutely loved it! There was so much for them to see and do. We did the extinction trail, which tied in with what they had been learning about in science and there are more trails to do. Lots of children loved looking at the the different scrap parts that made up the sculptures. They were 'wowed' by exhibits in the superhero tent.
Prior to the trip, we had very positive communications with staff when booking and with any help or guidance. They were quick to respond to emails. Staff were very friendly on the day too.
The Ironwork Centre is definitely a place to go and take children, it's very educational and fun!

We went with Oldbury wells on a math trip it was a good experience. My favourite was the hulk smashing a car

It was a really great experience and I came with Oldbury wells secondary school . I had a great look at the sculptures my fav was the minion . Fab , everyone should go there !

I went with my friends and teachers for an oldbury wells school trip. I have a really good time looking at all the sculptures. The sculptures have the name of the animal, where it is located and a few fun facts about the animal! We ate lunch in the marvel tent and saw lots of funny sculptures around the tent. Overall the trip was amazing, the sculptures were very well detailed, and I highly recommend come here with family and friends!

I had an amazing day out with my friends at Oldbury Wells. The models were stunning and they were so detailed. There was plenty to look at. I would love to go for a third time.

A great day out with the grandchildren! Lots to see and do - they loved it! The cafe is absolutely amazing. We will definitely be returning another day to enjoy the afternoon tea!

Incredible structures, lovely food and very relaxing setting. I will be bringing my school class here for a visit soon as after seeing the photos they are incredibly inquisitive.

After an initial hiccup with my order, it is nice to know good old fashioned customer service is still around. Thank you Clare for your call and solution.

The stag head is absolutely beautiful. I delayed sending my review as we were making the wooden mount but unfortunately I can’t attach a photo here.

What an excellent day out. The talent on display is amazing.... Well worth the travel from southwales!
