I like being able to access the offers…
I like being able to access the offers through the app but I recently spoke with someone on the phone and told them that one particular creditor was giving me a hard time and they said if they took an additional payment of a specified amount from me that they would have enough in my account to make an offer to that creditor and it still hasn’t happened, roughly 2 months later. They took the payment the next day but still haven’t gotten an offer with that particular creditor and nobody has called me with any updates or information at all

My Experience
Working with me on payment schedules to still build my escrow account without adding to the stress of trying to make it possible to live paycheck to paycheck. As a now disabled senior it is impossible to put anything into savings for any emergency that may arise. I understand the concept of the program & honestly I do have regrets getting into the program. Although I have a lot of debt, I was doing fine & had a very good credit history before signing up for this program, my credit is ruined now & without continuing in the program there isn't any way to get caught up & get my credit back on track.

Experience matters as much as education
From the beginning of my experience to now they have done nothing but help. When financial hardships have existed, they have helped not to mention give me sources to look at to better my financial outlook overall. I see education as important as the help because if you do not understand why, you can keep making the same mistakes.

Communication sucks You tank my credit and take forever to settle debits with the companies. Worst mistake I ever made with this company. Not one employee cares when I call about my account!!! No one ever returns calls either.

Prior to signing on the dotted line, I had the distinct impression my debts would be negotiated away in something like three months. I didn't hallucinate that. Now it looks like it may take the better part of my five year contract.
