They can deliver the agreed services but they are not very organized and contradicting communications
Since it becomes my fault now that you are not used to talking both in whatsapp and email, I don’t think you deserve a 4 star but instead just 3.
As you said, you have been doing this since 1986, then you must know how to communicate well whatever the situation is. I do not think it is my fault, just like how you want to portray it in your response.
Not unless, you treat yourself as the perfect service provider. Which is obviously not.
They can deliver the agreed services. Just one point, they are not very keen when it comes to english language which is the reason why it took us a lot of time to discuss. Whatsapp and Email are not very much coordinated to the point that they accused me of not paying so they did not start the service and so it was delayed on my side to finish the process that they promised.

E' la seconda volta che mi rivolgo a questa agenzia.
Se potessi, darei sei stelle con la lode: ho sottoposto a "Caesar Traduzioni Professionali, Tecniche e Giurate" quasi cento pagine (6 documenti in tutto) necessari per un concorso in Italia, nonché per ottenere l'equivalenza di titoli ottenuti negli Stati Uniti. Il servizio è stato rapidissimo (circa 9 giorni lavorativi) e le traduzioni in italiano -affatto facili anzi, decisamene tecniche- di ottimo livello. Inoltre, il responsabile, ha risposto con cordialità e competenza ad ulteriori dubbi del sottoscritto in merito a questioni relative a notarizzazioni e apposizioni di apostille sul territorio nordamericano.
