GoodMorning everyone,,, I just wanna say the canvas product dried my hair completely out, after two month of using the hair serum ,shampoo an conditioner, my hair became so dry it shedded every time i combed it,, I lost confidence,my hair would be so hard...I started using rice water moisturizer an mint oil drops in two weeks my edges came back my hair stay extremely soft an easy to style,,,,I will not name the product cause I don’t get paid to advertise ppl products but when i tell y’all my hair feels like I got it blowed out an flatirioned it’s that soft an fluffy an I’ve used no heat......
Canvas products broke my hair off back , hair on my floor every time I combed my hair

I bought the product last year, washed my hair with the shampoo and conditioner... my hair was at its healthest state ever before washing wirh this product...
i noticed my hair afterwards had a odd dry withered texture... i realized something happened... but wasn't sure... i washed my hair a week later and same thing but worse... the product damaged my hair more,
I ended up having to cut my hair because my hair was just coming out so bad, same thing happened to my younger sister, her hair came out terribly bad too... sigh... i definitely dont know whats in the bottle that caused it.. but i dont recommend using it

I ordered on April 8th 2021 it is now April 18th my product still hasn’t been shipped out. Usually 3-5 business days reputable companies will ship with tracking available. I sent a few emails no response no way to speak to a live person regarding my order. I will never order anything from this company again.

I ordered the Canvas package that came with the shampoo, conditioner, and oil... My hair was already damaged when trying this product, I used it for 8 months and did see results but begin to get busy with life and stopped using the products as often and when I say my hair begin falling out in clumps smh!!! My hair is more damaged then before and I am so upset 😡... I would not ever purchase from this company ever again... My daughter was also using this product along with me and experienced alot of hair loss also...

I didn’t think Canvas Beauty would post my review because “how dare anyone not love our product!” so I saved this so I can post it all over. I received the Queen Starter set and was surprised by the sizes. I was expecting these 4 oz bottles but they're the standard size. I couldn't wait to use it. First off, the shampoo was very luxurious and satiny. I didn't get that "squeaky" feel to my hair and it felt so clean and it smelled AMAZING!
But then I used the conditioner. While it smelled awesome, it was so thick I had a hard time trying to squeeze it out of the bottle. I finally had to take the top off to use it but I was impressed with.
The Hair Blossom Serum is where I ran into significant issues. First, the bottle was filled to the top. While some think this is a good thing, it created an issue with squeezing it out, and the tip is extremely small. It was difficult to get out and when I squeezed too hard, the overflow came from under the top. I had to put it in a different squirt bottle just to use it. Then, it had a funky smell to it that happens when something is on the shelf for too long. I've seen videos where people are using the tip to directly apply it with no problem, but that wasn't the case with this. Since it's too expensive to throw out, I have to figure out a way to work with it; perhaps spray my hair with a scented hair spray to mask the odor. I'm not happy because I wanted to write a glowing first review, but while I’d recommend the shampoo, I wouldn’t the conditioner and sure as heck not the funky smelling serum.

Unfortunately, My experience was the same experience as most others. My cousin recommended this for me. My hair fell out. I now have several bald spots. The shampoo stripped my hair. The conditioners are not moisturizing at all. I am horribly dissapointed in this product. It is not for all types of hair like it claims. I have been natural for seven YEARS. I went back to my original product line.

I really didn’t want to write this review simply because the owner is a young black women doing her thing, however my grandmother after being a cancer survivor, brought the serum and the little bit of hair she had grown back fell out. I brought the serum, shampoo, conditioner and hair follicle booster in early November 2019, didn’t receive them until mid March 2020. The follicle booster made my hair super thin but more importantly the serum is TRASH. Its thick (hard to come out the bottle), it stinks (really really bad), and my hair starting falling out after only using it for 3 days.

Anyway, kudos to those who had better experience but I honestly think we as consumers need to do more research on these hair stylist somehow becoming hair scientist and producing products that aren’t scientifically tested over a period of time.

Anybody else get bald spots after using the serum?? I ordered 2 bottles at a discount. That serum) is trash.. NEVER AGAIN!! 😡

I can't rate on how product works but had no problems with shipping I received today I will come back after I try the serum

I just got the product so I cannot anything about its effectiveness. I am surprised that some people complain about shipping. I ordered mine and got it in about two weeks. no delays and I got exactly what I ordered. customer service was good too. when I asked about shipping I was given a response immediately and my items were shipped out two days later. so having said this for customer service and shipping I will come back to say how the product has worked for me. I am nervous because of some reviews that talk about burns and it not working - we will see.

I really wanted to like this product but unfortunately it did not work for me. My hair got thin and brittle. I have never shed so much hair in my life. The hair oil/serum is too thick and sticky. I did not like the smell of it and it is very hard to squeeze the serum out of the bottle. I had to take the top off and pour it into my hands to use. On wash day my eyes would burn from the hair oil/serum running into my eyes. The shampoo and conditioner smell nice and made my hair weirdly soft and thin feeling. I used the products for a month and lost so much hair that I mad that it was this bad. Very expensive products for subpar results. Don't get me started on the horrible shipping. $30 US for priority shipping which was the only option for international. Tracking # did not work and the product took 2 months to come. I have ordered many products globally and this is by far the worst shipping. I have type 4A hair.

It seems to me complaints with this product/company are delayed shipping, arrival time and customer service. I ordered the Canvas Blossom Hair Serum on February 8th and it was in my mail box on February 13th. I regret to hear so many others had bad experiences. I rate it at 4 because I’ve been using it (everyday) for 10 days. It has made my hair softer and considering how thick the serum is, it has not weighed my hair down. I will update my review after seeing if it truly makes my hair grow. I would love to read reviews about the use of the product itself. Does it deliver the results the company claims it does?

Absolutely terrible service. Purchased products since December 2020 and it NEVER got delivered. Customer service not very helpful too. I have now involved my bank and a dispute has been raised in this regard. I only wish I had checked first and seen reviews with similar disappointing experiences so I would not have bothered.

I just love this hair products. It makes my hair soft and manageable. Also it grew my hair a lot. For the ones who have difficulty growing their hair...try Canvas Beauty hair Serum, shampoo and conditioner...also the hair follicle. Trust you won't be disappointed

Would never order from this company again. Been in dispute with them for 2 months now regarding a refund.
Declined an order which was shipped to me charging duties. Order was returned since jan 4th, been emailing customer service back and forth forever and getting no where, spend 2 hundred plus dollars (never buy in bulk with new companies) and still fighting for a refund up to this day. Had to finally call my financial institution to get them involved, they have launched an investigation on my behalf.

HORRIBLE customer service. Charge for product and then never ship. I am a month in & NOTHING their email address is an automated reply. Never again will i order from them.

I purchased this product around black Friday 2020 and started using the oil. I recently tried the shampoo which burned my neck and face. I now have scabs in the place of the burn. It's painful. I thought it was no chemical, products that are all-natural don't give you chemical burns. I am so dissatisfied with this product. I just want the burning to stop,

I tried the products on my grandbaby's hair and within 2 months of use, her hair is more manageable and it's growing like grass in the Summer..Wonderful product, it really works! Thank you so much Canvas Beauty!

Iam very pleased with product. I have seen a big difference in my hair. My hair was thinning on top of my head and my sides edges. The top of my hair is growing but not thick like I want it . I see little bit of hair growing back on my edges and side but not hold lot yet. Over all I really like the product. Iam going to keep use it and pray that I can see growth by time the summer gets here. It would be 1 year when I started using these products.
