Car Bed Shop Avis

Quality product and great, personal service. Highly recommended.

Great customer service - the bed was fitted together perfectly and my two year old son couldn't wait to sleep in his new bed!

Very happy with our purchase. The bed as expected, delivered on time.

Very good communication, the bed was delivered quickly, and they sorted out an issue by quickly delivering a replacement part. Recommended

Simply a car bed with it's high expectations

Amazing company, great service, very thoughtful and caring communication. Thank you very much for helping me to make my son very-very happy!

got the bed...excellent condition and super delivery service..thanks

I bought my Sons bed from the car bed shop. Service was fantastic from when i placed the order to receiving my item. Customer service is brilliant, Luke was happy to help with any questions I had. My son absolutely loves his bed. Would certainly recommend.

not a great quality for the price

I bought 2 car beds for my children.
Delivery was delayed, took more than a week and at the end Mr. Farouq delivered the beds in his own car on weekend.

Beds are of good quality but finishing needs improvement, there were several spots where base black paint was visible under the red painted areas, also there was big spot of yellow paint on wrong spot, it took very huge efforts to remove it while maintaining the red paint, and at the end, still some marks are showing.
I wanted to call for replacement but i knew it will take long time to replace it and i was in need for those beds since we moved to new house and the kids had no beds to sleep on.

In general, good product but need some improvement with finishing, i recommend it.

Special thanks to Mr. Farouq for his efforts and communication.

Great product and great comunication

Firstly we didnt recieve a confirmation email so left wondering if order placed. Delivery took longer than stated. The bed we ordered wasnt available which we were informed of one day prior to delivery whilst a diferent substitute bed was in transit. The bed looks good with cool lights and music but isnt practical for very young children as the my son now has a black eye from the sides of the bed being hard. Requires padding or needs to be made of moulded plastic which is more child friendly.

Very friendly customer service , arrived on time . Great company

Love bed was easy to assemble lots of fun for my son

the delivery was perfect but the quality was poor however the design is the same as the picture displayed.

Great product and even better customer service!!

We were a bit unsure about buying the car bed without having a look so rang up CBS, they were really helpful and even shared the video of car bed to help us decide. We placed the order and within 24 hours we were give a delivery date and time. The delivery was fast and assembly was quick and mess free. my 3 year old totally loves his bed and has not only been sleeping in his car bed all by himself but he's been spending a lot more time in his room. There was a slight defect in the bed but again Phil and Peter offered great customer service and assured us that they'll fix the issue. All in all, very happy with our purchase. Thank you for bringing a big smile on to our little boy's face!

This was a surprise for my son when moving into a new house to help settle him and it went down amazingly. My son loves the bed and hasn't left it since, such a great purchase.

Kids loved the bed. Delivery was exactly as expected and quick delivery too. Assembled with ease.
