Car Dash Cam Pro Avis 

Purchased in October 2023. Stopped working altogether in January 2024. Absolute junk, total waste of money. One can only assume that the positive reviews are fake.

A totally useless dashcam (I gave it a one-star rating because there's not a lower score)
It worked at first when I got it, approx. (1) year, but now:
1) It won't record.
2) It won't delete the files it recorded at first, either via my computer or on the device itself.
3) I started to receive this notice which I never got before:
We can’t open MOV10004. It uses unsupported encoding settings.

4) So I'm stuck with a totally useless dashcam which cost +$100.00 and cannot be used.

Original unit worked for 2 hours. Customer service changed the receival date (no realtime tracking) then based on 14 days on reporting issue, refused to refund. Second unit didn't work at all. Now they want to send me a third unit. They can shove it. DO NOT BUY FROM ECOM7

It worked at first when I got it in June 2023 but now:

1) It won't record.
2) It won't delete the files it recorded at first, either via my computer or on the device itself.
3) Although there is a Car Watch Pro website contacting them is impossible (like most people these days...); when I sent an email to the address they gave on my invoice I got an 'undeliverable' reply; email address does not exist....
4) So I'm stuck with a totally useless dashcam which cost £49 and cannot be used.
I only gave it 1 star because it's a nice little machine and when it worked for the first 3 weeks it was great!

PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS DASH CAM! It is utter rubbish!! I thought it seemed a reasonable cost against the good reviews but it's not worth anything frankly. Why? Two reasons: 1: The quality is v poor, mainly you can't even read car number plates, so what's the point! 2: No matter what I try I can't get it to save footage. I had a near miss with a car going too fast on a country lane near where I live, could have very easily been a collision, I hit the save button, but guess what, no footage!! I don't know how it gets the positive or 'best buy' reviews it does, maybe these are fake. Please don't buy this, do a little research and there is another company who comes out on top in a number of independent reviews. They are poles apart.

2 months old and no longer working I saw the reviews after I had ordered the dash cam

Clearly a scam. Advert said it was a small independent business but it came from China and is a piece of crap. The picture is so bad, it renders the thing pointless. Don't waste your money.

Omg, the best buyers guide who are promoting it are the same scamming company who are selling it! Ya got me e-com7, ya got me good 🫠

Ordered 2 cameras and both sd cards corrupt files. I power lead kept switching off after 2 seconds, so bought 2 halfords sd cards £40 and a power cable through Amazon £20. All sorted..
Apart from spending an extra £60, cameras are working fine.
Did not answer any E Mails..
Take your money quick and Delivery was pretty quick.
What a surprise.

Received the 2 cameras. No cable to download pictures. No way, seemingly to get one. The company aren’t answering.
Some companies advertise the USB cable, some don’t. Beware who you buy it from. There are some real cowboys out there!

Horrible experience. Purchased a dashcam on 7/4. Received in about 7-10 days. Knew within 3 days it was poor quality. Sent an email telling them I wanted to return for refund. Was told to give them tracking number. Did that within 2 days. From that point until now it has been nothing but delay and repeat emails. Almost two months. I send email for update and a new person basically starts the conversation over again. Obvious scam where they are hoping I just give up. At this point It is less about the money and more the principle. I am contacting the BBB. I saw it first on a Facebook ad so also contacting them. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them. Should have known something was up when the company who sends the emails, where the payment went, and the website are all different names.

I ordered goods and within a week got my ordered on discount price. Also got an email confirmation of delivering the order. Very nice service.

Ordered the car creves storage units 6 weeks ago for $60. Still have not recieved my order, and I'm getting quite angry. Going to reverse the charge on them, and report to the U.S. FBI.

They don't deserve a one star, never receive my order, called and they said they have no record of the order, BUT they were quick to get my money.
THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM, AND I'M GOING AFTER THEM. For those of you that need a phone number 888-596-2546.

Never got the 2 SD cards I paid for and there is no way to contact these people.

Ordered placed and paid for. Two months later, have not received. Car Dash Cam Pro says it was “lost in he mail”, but FedEx tracker says the last and only shipping activity was printing a label. Gave them another two weeks and no evidence of product being shipped so I am going to reverse the charge.

I ordered goods on Feb. 5 and promised I had a maximum of 28 days later and now we are writing April 1 and I have not received anything yet

UPDATE: I finally received this and it is great...very well made and very functional. Also, when I reached out to the company through email they were very responsive and helpful. They apparently are just having a tough time meeting demand. But this was well worth the extra wait.

ORIGINAL Review: I ordered this and was charged for it back on 2/23/18 and still not received it as of 3/23/18. I did not ever receive an email confirmation to track it and no updates. Now in checking reviews of it, I am learning these are made and shipped from China, and several people saying they never received it. I ordered this from a Facebook ad along with shoes from a Facebook ad. You guessed it: both made and shipped from China. The shoes (different company - Beast Killa) finally showed up a week after their email confirmation said they were delivered to my door). Very poor quality and two sizes too small. But it gives me hope this will eventually arrive. So, my poor review is based on "unacceptable experience."

If this item does eventually arrive and is decent quality I can use, I will return and update this to a 3* or maybeeee a 4* based on it's functionality.
