Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. My box had stopped working. An engineer (Ross) rang me and talked me through what to do. He was patient with me (as I am disabled and rather slow to do things) and gave me time to do things. He gave me advice on how to do some tricky things like opening the box where the battery was located. My box is now working perfectly. Thank you very much for your help, Ross.

Had a bit of a shock today as our care alarm was not functioning, rang your Customer Care Centre and spoke to Abhi who was very helpful in running us through some procedures to get it up and running again, unfortunately this did not happen but instructed us that a new unit would be sent out straight away.
