Twice i called to cancel my policy
Twice i called to cancel my policy. It was never cancelled. Didn't get my refund back. It's not about the money. I shouldn't have to call twice and still not cancelled

Poor flexibility
Their customer service is abysmal, just drones with no personality or friendly attitude. They will not offer a quote for insurance for learners unless it is a low displacement bike and even then it is restrictive and you are limited to what bike you can insure. Principal insurance offers a much better experience although not perfect by any means it is still a better option. I only contacted Nash once and it was a poor experience to turn me off.

Send a insurance disc on time of year expired of old one .I have a direct debit set up can't see the problem 12 days later still no disc.

The premium increased by more than 10%. Policyholder has had no claims since inception of policy. The increase in premium is not justified.
