From start to finish, Carpet One provided first class, professional service. They frequently checked with me to ensure that everything was being done to my satisfaction, and immediately resolved a small issue which arose. After the completion of the project, they contacted me to make sure I was happy with the final product.

CARPET ONE - Then and Now
A little over six years ago, we purchased a condo and the bedrooms had to be recarpeted. I went to Carpet One and told the sales person what I wanted in material and color. She showed me exactly what I wanted and then scheduled installation. The installers were very professional and got the job done when promised. I recently sold the condo so that I and my 90-year old husband could move to an assisted living facility as I had been caring for him for two years and he had been sick for a very long time. The carpet still looks good after six years!

I visited several other carpet vendors in the area before going with Carpet One. John and his team were very professional, timely, and overall it was an great experience. They were able to help me find the product that I wanted within the budget that I had! Best of all.... NO HIDDEN FEES! The big box stores will get you there, but Carpet One's competitive price included installation, carpet pad, furniture relocation, AND old carpet removal. Overall, I was very happy with my experience with Panama City Carpet One!
