Carrabbas Avis 

We went for date night at Carrabba’s in Vero Beach, Fl we took advantage of the 2 for $45 . It was wonderful our waitress, Crystal, was very helpful. My husband had the steak and garlic mashed with sauteed spinach that was to die for. I had the Marcela chicken and that too was excellent. We also were served a great dessert. A chocolate dream. We also took advantage of the blood orange margaritas and the meal was perfect. We both couldn’t finish and we had enough for lunch the next day. I truly love this restaurant. Please take the time to go to Vero Beach Carrabba’s it will be worth it

Shavonne, our server, at the Carrabbas in Altamonte Springs, FL, was excellent! She is on top of things and her recommendations are on point. We celebrate a lot of our family birthdays, anniversary's, accomplishments, etc at Carrabbas. Since we first had Shavonne as our server, she is the only one we ask for each time we go now. Her personality, customer service and charm make the dining experience phenomenal! We will be continuing to have her as our server! (the food is great too!)

The portion of food that I paid for was unacceptable. I understand things happen but to have only a spoon full of food for an order doesn't make sense.

The staff was awesome! The food is not great. The amount of salt in the food was like eating a whole shaker of salt in every bite. We could not eat our meals. We will not go back.

We have been customers of Carraba's for over 15 years, It seems that the penny pinching and ripping off the customers has become an accepted policy at these restaurants.
Hot bread - limited to 1 slice per person, on 4 people. When asked for extra bread they came up with the following:
1. I will order it- never got to the table
2, It is in the oven-never got to the table
3. The bread never came as we got tired of reminding the waitress and continuously asking for the bread
The steak marsala was brought 45 minutes after ordering it and it was cold and not grilled enough. Just a matter of time before someone will get sick from meat not being cooked enough. The marsala sauce was ice cold. It was disgusting and almost make me throw up. The meat was chewy and tasted more like a wild animal's meat rather than a steak.
We ordered a pitcher of sangria for $39,00. They brought us half a pitcher. Why is Carabba's ripping off their clients? It seems that there is no shame on the part of Carabba's or the owner
Continuing this path will probably close the restaurant on the long run. I am surprised that Carabba's is not yet in receivership with the crappy food, poor service. What an excuse for a crappy restaurant with cold disgusting food!!!!!!
Already we saw that half the restaurant was empty. Just a matter of time before they close this place down for good!!!!
Go spend your hard earned money in another restaurant!!!!!

Always a great experience and atmosphere at Carrabbas. And the food is great what ever dish you order. The server Geyssy she is totally Awesome she always take care of us with exceptional service with great smile and wonderful attitude we love dinning there.

The carrabas in Bowie, Md has impeccable customer service! Josh and Terri are both superstars, I had to inform the manager about how great the service and the food was. Completely enjoyed the experience!

I ordered the Johnny Rocco salad with shrimp and scallops for $26. It clearly states Romaine lettuce J got iceberg that was turning brown. I had to ask for a drink refill and the restaurant was not busy. Why dine here when you get better lettuce at chic fila? I am sick of not getting what you are overpaying for. Goodbye Carraba.

Our server “Sylvia” has always made our experience exceptional, she is a caring, professional server that takes a customer to the next level,she is an asset to Carrabbas, we simply love her.

Amanda the manager and Jewel the server basically doubled the excellence of the experience. The food was phenomenal, the service was a wonderful combination of efficiency, warmth, and attention to detail. Between the two ladies we were made to feel almost like family, and that's exactly who I'll be bringing back to Carrabas! Oh, and start with the Sogno Di Choccolata!

Drove 12 miles one way at $4+ a gallon to have WINGS! They have no WINGS at Palm Bay location today-Friday 6/19-so don’t drive outta ur way for wings at carrabbas!

Carrabba’s in Gainesville was great. Good food, good service. We enjoyed the time we spent at the bourbon tasting night.

We went to Carrabbas about 3 months ago and the food was good but something changed when we went last night. The pasta was overcooked, it came out a bit mushy and the lasagna hardly had any meat in it, it was thin layer upon thin layer of pasta and tomato sauce and maybe the essence of meat. We were truly disappointed spending all that money on below average meals.

Excellent dining experience at the May wine dinner. Movie night dinner was great fun. Food excellent as always.

My experience with SLW Carrabbas was nothing short of amazing. The food was warm and delicious and plenty of it! I had them cater a luncheon for my daughters school for teachers appreciation week! I would certainly have them cater again! Thank you for a wonderful meal!

Shawn went up and beyond for our lunch today! He is very professional and knows how to greet and patiently help each customer.

Even though the restaurant was filled to capacity, you couldn't tell because the service was excellent and extremely fast. Our waitress Candace was very attentive. The food was piping hot and delicious. Everything was so exceptional, it made me forget that I had just had a losing day at the Parx Casinos :-)

Birmingham Carrabba’s on Riverview Parkway. Had a wonderful Easter lunch. Lamb chops and Chicken Marsala. Both meals were delicious. A great improvement over the last time we had eaten there. Our server, Tika was very attentive to our needs and was great. Very impressed with the positive changes to this Restaurant. Would recommend to all.

SPRITZ IT UP! This dinner was DELICIOUS!!!Party of 11 received outstanding service from our server SETH!So impressed by his special attention to our group. Every course and accompanying drink was brought in quickly.Lots of food to bring home,and also a$10 add on also.Drinks can be opted out,and get points for rewards on Dine Rewards. Highly recommended!!!!!

I haven't been to a Carrabba's in well over five years. I noticed the quality and service started to decline. I ate at the Maumee, OH Carrabba's today and was very disappointed. Outside the men's restroom, there was filthy mop and bucket the was just outside. As I entered the men's room it wreaked of raw sewerage. Not a pleasant way to start your dining experience.

I ordered the Chicken Piccata. The was chicken tender and had a mild piccata flavor. My Alfredo side was probably the most disappointing part of the meal. The pasta was soft and mushy. I realize restaurants par boil, and it is difficult to get an "al dente" texture, however, it was actually mushy. The Alfredo sauce was substandard. I don't want to say watered down, but not a thick creamy Alfredo sauce. The portion was miniscule. It came to the table in an oval "monkey dish", on the chicken plate. Three forks and it was gone. Alfredo is considered a "Prime Side" when you make your choice. The meal was $27.98, with the Alfredo. I had the soup with the meal. It was a lentil variety. Very tasty, but barely like warm when it arrived.
The service was adequate. Friendly, but not that attentive. Had to ask the server to please remove our empty dishes several times. When it came time to bring a refill on my Raspberry iced tea, twice they brought me unsweetened tea. As I said, friendly, but just didn't seem to be fully engaged. The bread remains delicious.

I can honestly say, I will not be returning to Carrabba's, especially for pennies under $28.00. I will add Carrabba's to the ever-growing list of restaurants that do not live up to their past successes. I have become a very good cook!
