Carrabbas Avis 

Flying from Washington to London and dropped in to Carrabba's for a welcome bite to eat after a long day.
Couldn't sit outside or near the windows as those sections were closed, seemingly so the staff could eat there while rolling cutlery in napkins.

Ordered drinks, appetiser, two pizzas and a side. 35 minutes later we spent time attracting our server's attention and ordered a second round of drinks. When these came, I asked about the appetiser and was told the kitchen had prepared it at the same time as the pizzas for some reason; I let the server know that I would rather not have it in this case as my understanding is that appetisers are to whet the appetite for entrees. The server accepted this and brought the pizzas but not the side dish we had ordered; the pizzas were both less than lukewarm and the server did offer to replace them in a dismissive fashion but, by this time, we had lost all confidence in the brand as a viable catering business and asked for a bill for our drinks so that we could end the charade presenting itself as hospitality.

I was unable to pay my bill until the server freed herself from one of the few other clients on the premises and I was given a check and a pen to sign it without a word of explanation or apology, I didn't see my server again as she made off at speed before I could explain how disappointing the whole episode had been.

We left (but paid for) most of our second round of drinks as we couldn't face being in the restaurant any longer than we had to be.

Appalling incident, I wish I had never visited.

The bill invites feedback, which I duly sent, but there was no response; my guess is that they think airport customers never return so they don't make any effort to impress.

Extremely Excellent went for dinner there because We had a reservation at Ted’s Montana Grill that was totally Awful EXPERIENCE so we left & went to Carrabbas instead of Ted’s Montana Grill .... Carrabbas did an Outstanding job getting us sat & gave us Outstanding Service everything was on point Thank you JACKSONVILLE Florida Blanding Blvd Carrabbas

I had a poor car side pickup experience at Carrabbas’s in Southgate MI. I phoned my order in and went to pick it up when they said it would be ready. I pulled up to the curbside pickup area and proceeded to wait an additional 20 minutes beyond when it was supposed to be ready with nobody coming out to my car to check in. In the meantime a truck pulled up and went inside the curbside pickup area and got his food right away. Finally a somebody came out to my car and I told her I had been waiting for a while and was not happy about the lack of service. She made a bunch of excuses and went to check on my food order. On the way back she stopped first to wait on another truck who had just pulled up. At this point I waited almost 30 minutes past when the order should have been ready. My food was cold so it had just been sitting around. When you pay over $20 for a chicken breast, small salad and a tablespoon of sautéed spinach you expect better service.

Very disappointed in the food tonight. Ordered from the Carrabba's in Oviedo, Florida and food was not up to par. 3 identical orders and all were not up to par. The pasta was wrong, the sauce was not the same and the veal was tough. We had Veal Parmesan and the pasta they substituted (we ordered penne and got spaghetti) had a very spicy taste. Not too happy with that. The meatball and ricotta appetizer was not the greatest either. Will wait for some time before we order again.

We decided to go to the Fullerton location in Fullerton, Maryland. The wait was extremely long for a restaurant that had very few customers. It was explained that there was a lack of servers. After being seated the service was horrible. The food was only lukewarm. When we were ready to leave and asked for a box only one was brought. We had to ask 2 additional times for another. Additionally, staff take your credit card to some unknown location to scan it for payment. In my opinion this is not a good practice. It may only be a coincidence but following this horrible experience my card did have an unauthorized card which the bank recognized and contact me about! This was an anniversary dinner and it had been quite some time since we had been here....it will be quite some time before we go again!

I recently went to the first Carrabba's in Canada in Moncton, New Brunswick. What a disappointment. The pasta was overcooked, clumpy and hard. It must have been in the warmer most of the day. Prices are also not good. There's a Romano's in Moncton and Carrabba's just does not compare in terms of quality and price. I will not be going back and neither will my immediate family.

The food is great, the website is reasonably easy to use for ordering, the curbside pick up went well. It went well until I open the containers and saw the amount of food for the price. These are way over priced. $20 for two very small chicken breast pieces a small salad with typical Toppings, not a lot.. Not that it’s not enough food, it’s just the price for it. I won’t do it again.

I came to order my food on the car side carry out and it took them 15 to 30minutes for someone to come out to order the food and I see all these other people ordering there food but no one came out to order my food

The dining experience at Carrabbas is now more casual than when they first opened. The service is good, but seems rushed. The food is flavorful, but relies on heavy garlic and black pepper. The promotions come across like Olive Garden or Maggiano’s. Keep the quality and uniqueness! Try some small portions or other options that your consistent clientele will enjoy!

I had an UberEats delivery on 9-14-19 from the Dunwoody, GA, Carrabba's restaurant. EVERY portion of EVERY item that I ordered was EXTREMELY small. I have been an Uber and UberEats customer for some time, and this is the worst order that I have EVER had!!! UberEats would NOT issue me a refund, and Sean, the Managing Partner at Carrabba's, would only offer me a 20% discount on my next order, which to a very loyal customer since the early 80's, is very unconscionable. I feel the same towards Uber and UberEats. I will not order from UberEats EVER again, nor use Uber because of this! I will use Lyft and other services from now on! I am DONE with Carrabba's as well!

GR8 4 D8 Nite! Savory food, dim lighting, big cozy booths offer lots of privacy from other patrons. Good portions, great service and even though it's a tiny bit pricey, you get what you pay for so it's money well spent for a nice evening out.

My first time in Carrabbas was in Melbourne, FL and that was a complete waste of money and food was very costly. First we had to wait (me and 2 others) which was fine since they looked fairly busy or change of workers which was odd when we seen a few tables empty. When we finally were seated the table was soo wobbly we had to be careful on how we moved. They didn't have any pork chops which my step father was wanting (stuffed they had advertised) so he had to pick something different and nothing was under $14 most was over $20. I forget what he ended up with may have been 2 VERY SMALL pieces of chicken. I had a salad which was just barely under $15 it was ok but wasn't worth the price. The server was fairly slow at serving us and when we got the bill it was just under $70 with that high of a cost you would think there would be alot of food on the plates when yet there was very little which wasn't all that great either. Needless to say we won't be going there anymore.

Outstanding food, service, and atmosphere. Never had a disappointing experience. One of the best restaurants in Houston, TX!

I had a wonderful time at Carrabbas and the service was excellent at the Carrabbas in Tampa, FL. My dinner was excellent but my dining companion had to send her chicken entree back to the kitchen because it was overly spiced with an extremely heavy hand. It was quickly rectified and our server and management handled the situation beautifully.

What can I say this is one of my favorite go-to restaurants in my area I've eaten there well over 50 times I've never had a bad meal always have excellent service and the restaurants are always clean Carrabba's gets two thumbs up for me. I will be back there soon to enjoy another one of those great experiences. IE my favorite dish in that restaurant is the spadena DiMare( shrimp and scallops in Italian bread crumb drizzled with lemon butter sauce and you have to get this dish with the fettuccine alfredo in my opinion very consistent some of the best Alfredo around)
