Had a Great Dinner and Staff is Amazing. Especially Our Special Girl Deanna as waitress and Bartender. She is a Phenomenal Bartender. You couldn't ask for more. We Love everyone there.

Here now & no one is greeting me…the bathrooms r gross…horrendous ble customer service…🥵

We had a waitress named Dee what is that thing she was so thorough so smart and she was so good The best waitress the side of Mississippi including Mars We had Polo Rosa Marie and me and my wife split it and we got an extra pasta with extra garlic and no vampires are going to go after us now I recommend the store to anybody May

My girlfriend and I went on May 10 to the Carrabas on Mason-Montgomery Road in Mason Ohio at about 7:00 on a Friday. The restaurant was full but well-staffed. We waited about 10 minutes past our reservation time to get a table - no big thing. But it took some time to get simply water and our server apologized for the wait time to get seated despite having a reservation. She then proceeded to spend over 15 minutes taking with a table of two next door to us - ignoring us and all her other tables. I got up and went to the hostess station and asked for the manager who was right there. I told here what was going on and she apologized and went over to get our server (who was stilll talking to the table of two). The server came to our table, aplogized and took our order. The bread was not tasty at all; our orders of lasagna were extremely salty as was my caeser salad. I ended up running out of water to drink as neither our server, nor the manager (who came to our table with a "free order" of very sub-standard garlic bread (given to appease us for the terrible service)) nor anyone else refilled my glass even once. The staff appears to never "scan the crowd" (they avoid any eye contact) and look for patronswho need some attention. So overall it was an experience that will not have us returning to Carrabas for the poor food or the poor service. They are not even performing the most basic customer service and they seem to rely on salt as their main source of taste in their food. Years ago I went frequently and the food was great and service good. But boy they have gone downhill.........

Went to Carrabbas in Amherst NY on 5/10/24 at 7:00pm, there were 7 of us. The hostess (Gia) walked us over to a table, pointed at it and walked away. There were only 6 chairs and no place to put another. I walked back to tell Gia, and she sent a young man to get us another chair. We all stood there waiting and when the chair finally arrived, he realized that there was not enough room. We then were forced to walk around and asked if we can have another table large enough to accommodate all 7 of us. Oh yea, 4 of us are over 85, and 1 is blind!! We also ordered a second entree to go for $10 with our dinners and my wife ordered Rigatoni Cambabnolo, but when we got home, all she got was a container of spaghetti. To finish the service was substandard at best, because we had ask for things more than twice before getting anything like more bread or drinks.

The food was excellent as well as the service.
The Manager Ann Vernard went above and beyond to make my friends Birthday a great night.
And the waiter Will was spot on.

We had dinner tonight at Carrabba's at the Venice location and had the pleasure of having Juliana wait on us and she was fabulous. She was so friendly with a great personality and made our dining experience very enjoyable. We would be sure to ask for her every time.

Jonathon was our waiter at Kissimmee on February 16, 2024. The food and his service was top shelf. Jonathon was always cooperative with everything. Drinks, bread, butter, parmesan cheese, balsamic, you name it. 5 star!

We have been to Carrabbas in Pompano Beach FL foir times within the last four weeks. We LOVE it, if ou like italien you get the best here and for a really resonable price.

I was at the Carrabbas in Brandon, Florida on Wednesday. Josh D. was our server. My girlfriend and I were extremely impressed by how Josh was so attentive to us. He was fast and efficient. He brought not only the olive oil for the bread, but also butter. He was always watching for when we needed our drinks refilled. Even the to go order was corrrect I have to say Josh was the best waiter we ever have had anywhere.

I am shocked and disappointed that the Carrabas in Katy, Tx no longer offers Pizza! I called to order a pizza today, and was told they no longer sold pizza there. Pizza was always our go-to dish and other side dishes were perfect to take home for left overs. An Italian restaurant without pizza! Sad day!!

Folade took great care of us. Very kind and helpful. Excellent service, we got our food quickly which is great when you have a fussy 2 year old.

My family and I have eaten at this restaurant since my niece was an infant, she's fifteen now. Last night was by far the worst experience we have ever received. Jennifer the manager was so unprofessional on all levels. Along with our waitress Wanda who was very overwhelmed and annoyed by every little thing. Quiana who I thought was the manager because of her willingness to make everything better, did above and beyond the duties of a supervisor, titled given by Jennifer when I referred to Quiana as the manager.

Dined at Granville MI location on Jun 23. We selected a new entree recommended by our great server, Rosemary. The food was very good the service wit attention to details made it an outstanding dinning afternoon.

We had a wonderful lunch at Carrabba’s yesterday. Our server had a friendly personality and did a really great job getting out the fresh hot bread with Olive oil and Italian spices to us quickly while we looked over the menu. My husband ordered the Johnny Trio which included the Steak Marsala which was cooked perfect and topped with a very generous portion of delicious mushrooms and sauce. I ordered the amazing lunch special and I choose the bowl of chicken soup, Italian salad with Kalamata olives , and Fettuccine . The large bowl of chicken soup was the best homemade chicken soup I’ve ever had in any restaurant!! The generous salad was very fresh with a yummy homemade dressing and the Fettuccine was the best! Thank you Carrabba’s for a great experience ; your owner was so gracious. We will be back soon!

Went to the Overland Park location. Once seated we waited 10 minutes to even get our drink order taken. No fault of our server…he was seated 3 tables at once and one of the tables a large group of 15 people. The food however was awful…the steak was mainly fat and the Alfredo was a big glop of tasteless noodles. Never got offered cheese on my meal and I also never got my sangria.

The food is WAY too salty - ridiculous amounts of salt used in their food - it detracts from any real flavor. Second, stop sticking plastic straws in all drinks; ask the consumer if they want a straw. You have to have your head buried in concrete not to recognize the plastic problem in the planet - show some consideration for the amount of plastic waste your restaurant adds to the problem!!

Always delicious. Our hostess Carrie was so informative and pleasant.

Love Carrabbas! Best Italian food ever!!!! Good pasta, good chicken, good steak, etc... Sausage and Lentil soup is AMAZING! The Red Sangria can't be beat!!!!! I've never had trouble with customer service. In fact, I ate there on Mother's Day one year and the Manager gave me a gift card for Mother's Day. I was super impressed.
