Carrabbas Avis 

This is by far the slowest restaurant that is currently open. The one on the strip in Belden village is the worst. Everybody does a lot of standing around and talking. I came in and ate and was there an hour and a half before I was done and then went back and ordered to go one time and waited 26 minutes in the lobby while everyone stood around. I would rather go anywhere else please stay away

Having never been here before, I was eager to have a wonderful Italian meal as I had heard all good things about the food; what a HUGE disappointment! Bad night? The ravioli was slapped in front of me in a watery tomato soup concoction, NO WAY did it come close to an Italian pasta sauce! The salad was swimming in dressing that made it a soggy mess.
On a good note our waitress was terrific, far superior to the young man who slopped my “sauce” all over the table

My wife and I have been loyal patrons of Chesapeake Carrabba’s Italian Grill for years. We recently had Lunch a few days ago and have to say the quality of the food as well as the service has really gone downhill. Here are a few of our observations where things were off the mark. Being diabetic, I ordered unsweet tea, and was served sweet tea (had to re-order). We had to ask for bread plates in order to enjoy the fresh bread. I love their Caesar Salad with grilled chicken – so ordered it asking for no croutons which is my usual order. It was delivered with croutons and it was drowning in Caeser Dressing (never had it that heavy before, ever). Needless to say, it ruined the salad and for a $17 salad, that is saying something. My wife ordered the lunch trio with Italian salad, fettuccini alfredo, and minestrone soup. The Italian salad was also swimming in salad dressing and the alfredo was overloaded with parmesan cheese.

Unsure what has happened since we were there a few weeks ago, but am hoping this is just a blip on the radar versus how things will be going forward. Certainly not up to what I would characterize as Carrabba’s higher quality standards.

Went to Carrabas in Tonawanda/Amherst, NY. Tried a couple times before. They were busy. Once they were not but was told would be an hour wait although restaurant half empty.
When finally did, stood for 10 minutes before being seated (with no one behind or in front of us) while hostess gave waitresses instructions and discussed who was on the floor, etc.
First contact was waitress telling us to "give me that bottle" so she could put oil in the herbs for the bread. It was overly garlicy. Next was the salad with dinner. Drenched in salad dressing and soggy. This all played out in a half hour time. The main course took an hour to receive. Bolognese with meatballs. The bolognese sauce was excellent. Went to eat some of the meatballs. They smelled bad and tasted absolutely horrible. My husband thought it was me and almost gagged before he could even taste them. Could not tell the waitress there may be a problem with their meatballs being rotten because she never appeared until it was time to take our plates and give us a bill.
Will never return and will let anyone who is thinking of trying the restaurant know of our experience.

Our waitress, Sarah, was the best! We were served everything promptly and our every need was anticipated. She was such a blessing to us! We ate at the Carrabba's in West Ocean City, MD.

Been going to Carrabba's in Canton, MI for years. My favorite restaurant until recently. All their Alfredo dishes have very little Alfredo Sauce. All you can taste is the pasta. Either they have a new chef or are intentionally skimping on the sauce.

If the parking lot has few cars go elsewhere. Restaurant was cold - food came from the kitchen cold & not eatable.

Dinner was excellent.
Our server, Josh, was very attentive & accommodating. We love Carraba’s @ Woodbridge!

we go to caraba's maybe once a month. we have had issues with ordering online and with catering, those were fixed by managers. Last night 2/27/25 we went just for soup and bread a light meal. the waiter John, took 5 min to come and ask for drinks, then another 5 min and someone else brought us the drinks. 10 min he took our soup only order, then 10 min someone else asked if we were ready to order because we still had the menus, told them the issue and they went to get the soups... john came back with them 5 min later. half way through as we had other plans, we asked for the check and to go boxes.. john brought them and then tried to apologize for his slowness, but at that point it had been 45 min just to get a bowl of soup and a sprite. it was the most disappointing visit we have had. yes we still tipped him because he tried, but that was a huge waist of time and it was not even busy... only 4 other tables at the time and no one at the bar. definitely a disappointment. if it doesnt change the next time we go it will be our last.

Frank was our waiter and did a great job and as always the food was excellent

Me and my family just went there, and it was wonderful there was a host named Arianna, and she was the best fast with everything she even gave us a discount, but everything was welcoming, and I loved it here.

12/18/2024 we are the Kent's and we were celebrating our 31st anniversary. We had zero waiting to be seated even though the place looked packed. We immediately fell in love with the pleasant community feel. Our waiter a young man, I can't recall his name. He asked the occasion for our visit and my wife mentioned anniversary ( no mention of years). He said can I get you some drinks, we said sure. He said can I get you some water will you decide. We said absolutely thank you. He came back with water and we gave him our drink order and an appetizer. So a couple of minutes later our appetizer arrives and he had to apologize drinks weren't ready & said the bartender was new. So the young man said I'll go check on your drinks. Well he came back and apologized and said I'll let the owner know. In the next couple of minutes our meal arrives and our drinks. Then we take our first bite and a gentleman arrived at our table. He wanted to apologize for our drink wait and said I want to make it up to you. I am the owner and your meal is on me tonight. The only thing is I can't cover alcohol, so we said Thank you. After a few minutes the young man came and checked on us, we said the food is great thank you. So we got our bill a short time later for $28 and tipped the young man $20. The place is great, the food even better.

Be aware of their scam with the $50.00 gift card and 2 $10.00 bonus cards. The bonus cards are to be used on specific dates and you only see that after you made the purchase. And if you think that Bloomin Brands who owns the chain will reimburse you, think again!!!
It is a corporate scam so do not fall for it!!!!
The food quality has diminished and they also removed certain popular items such as the vegetable soup. With the gift card scam and poor quality taste of food, it certainly left me with a bitter taste in my mouth!!!!

Went to the wine and dine Antinori Wines and are waitress was Brianna. She was very attentative . If we needed bread, oil and we asked for butter she was happy to give it to us. We also asked for are bills before dessert so we can beat the crowd and she was great.

We visited Carrabas in Hunt Valley, Md. We waited for over 10 minutes to be seated. The hostess did acknowledge us but had to help a lady trying to place a to go order. Seems no one could figure out who should do that. Also, the kitchen help evidentially brought their kid to work with them as he was sitting back by the kitchen playing with his toys. Oh, and all the manager could do was sit and look at everyone, very ineffective at her job. After waiting over 10 minutes we decided to walk next door to Outback.

The best Italina food., I've ever tried, i'll come back many more times.

A bit late - but with the same enthusiasm. Great Time at Carrabas for small birthday celebration in late August. Hats off to the entire team, but particularly to our server, McKenzie. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and clearly aware of how to make customers feel welcome and well taken care of. She went out of the way to ensure the team rallied around the birthday celebrant (who was only 5) and geared the entire experience around that event. She's an example of what an "exceptional" server brings to the dining experience. I dont say this lightly as I am also a regional for a large hotel chain, with restaurants as well, and travel frequently observing our own staff to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. McKenzie made the grade - kudos for a job well done!

My family recently dined at Fayetteville's Carrabbas and had a great experience. Our waitress, Jordan Hair, was very attentive, kept a smile, and kept our glasses filled. She was very knowledgeable about the dishes served and helped a great deal with picking out what we ate. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, it was overall a wonderful dining experience! Thanks Jordan!

My husband and I went to Carrabba's for my birthday last night. We are frequent patrons. Our meals were outstanding! He had mussels over pasta, I had Filet Bryan...so good. The best part of our meal was our bartender and server, Sammy... he was amazing and very attentive. Being in the foodservice business myself, I appreciate great food and great service and I realize how many moving parts it takes to accomplish that! Thank you for a wonderful birthday celebration with outstanding service and great food!
