Very Disappointed with the dealers lack of response
The 1st Avenue dealership would not return my calls nor respond to my e-mails regarding a vehicle I was greatly interested in. CarSoup.com did an excellent job on their part. I have recommended the site to others. Their partner 1st Avenue was the failing partner. I would give CarSoup 4.5 stars.

Thank you for your feedback on your experience. We apologize that you had issues getting in contact with the vehicle seller. Because we do not own the vehicles, we do not manage the listings on CarSoup.com, but we did also try to reach out to the dealership to notify them that you were interested and that you had submitted feedback related to that shopping experience. We are glad that aside from the lack of response from the vehicle seller, that you found CarSoup.com to be helpful. If there is anything else we can do to improve your experience or improve your rating of CarSoup.com, please let us know.
Need more options
It's a great website, but I wish there was a way to hide vehicles you never want to see in your search again. I've been searching for a vehicle for a month, and I keep having to sift through the same list of vehicles, there should be a "hide" option so that vehicle doesn't show up anymore.

Thank you for letting us know about your experience using CarSoup.com. Your feedback has been passed along to our user experience team. We apologize that you felt inconvenienced due to the fact that you cannot hide vehicles from search results. We do not have plans at this time to implement a hide feature, but there may be a feature that allows you to sort by date a vehicle was listed on CarSoup.com in the future. In the meantime, we want to wish you best of luck in the rest of your vehicle search!

Site needs some improvements
I love CarSoup but you need to add an option to be able to select by page when you are looking at cars. To arrow back or hit previous button takes forever. If you find a car on page 40 for example that you want to compare to the one you saw on page 4, it takes forever.

Thank you for suggestions on your site experience with CarSoup.com. The best way to compare specific vehicles on CarSoup.com is to sign up for a Garage - having a Garage allows you to save specific vehicles, save searches, etc. You can then reference all the vehicles you have saved and do some quick comparisons directly from your Garage. If you were searching for vehicles on a desktop computer, there should have been a select by page option at the end of your search results. However, if you were using mobile, there is not a select by page option at this time due to some technological limitations and space limitations that arise when using mobile devices. We apologize that this hindered your experience using CarSoup.com. Your suggestions have been forwarded to our user experience team. We hope that using the Garage feature will help resolve some of the issues you experienced comparing vehicles on CarSoup.com!
How do you know if the ad is a scam?
I've been emailing, texting, and calling a seller but no replies. Either they really don't want to sell the vehicle or it's a scam ad. Does CarSoup.com screen the sellers?

Thank you for letting us know about your experience with the vehicle seller. We do have filters in place to screen the ads that are placed on our site. However, some scam ads do slip through those filters and are published. When we discover such ads, we flag the user as fraud and remove the ad from the site – such was the case here, and we apologize that you ran into this issue.
